“This is a hard one. Best cat/pet i ever had. Kush was older but need a doc. I knew before i got there that it was going to be my last ride with him. They gave him an exam like i asked with out combative suggestions. After the exam the doc called, was very kind and warm while breaking the news. Gave me a nice memorial thing. Ashes, paw imprint, urn, ect... Staff all signed a condolences card. The entire experience was good.”
“I unfortunately had to put my sweet girl to sleep, but thankfully I was able to find such a compassionate and respectful team to help me with that process. The entire staff team was very kind and helpful. Although the process was emotionally tough, the staff explained everything and very understanding. The courtesy cart was so nice as well, from different brands and treats for both cats and dogs. The prices from a private cremation wasn’t terribly priced either. Thank you to the staff here for the sympathy card, it truly means a lot. Thank you for showing Geo love and compassion during her final moments.”
