“I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the following staff at Chemung Valley Vets: Dr Alaimo, Nancy, Maria, and Alaura. They made our visit comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Alaura checked us in, Maria was kind in getting us right into a room with our beloved cat, even after we were late due to the circumstances with our cat. Dr. Alamo came right in with Nancy, who is the kindest most loving person, and gave us a diagnosis we were hoping not to hear. They made a horrible situation a little better with their kindness and that did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for your kindness. I really appreciate it.”
