I never make poor reviews, but what happened with the pharmacy today is simply not okay. I understand there is a wait time for prescriptions. However I waited over an hour and a half (after calling and being hung up on), just to go see what was up with the two things I needed. She tells me they haven’t filled them yet because my insurance doesn’t cover it through this pharmacy, and she didn’t know if I still wanted them. Don’t you think that warrants a phone call? So I’m not waiting in your parking lot for over an hour and a half throwing up and feeling super faint? Outrageous and poor customer service. Jessica in your pharmacy needs to take customer service class or something. Absolutely not cool, and I will forever be going somewhere else for future prescriptions.

Multiple times trying to pick up prescriptions. Call ahead to see if they're ready they give you a time when they're going to have it ready. You show up at that time or maybe even a little later. And they tell you you have to wait 20 minutes to a half an hour consistently happens. And they're not very polite in telling you.

Had a 4:45 appointment for a covid test. Got there at 4:40. Waited in line until 5:05 for them to tell me they can't do a covid test because it's after 5.Finding somewhere else to do business as they don't have their **** together.

I ordered photo holiday cards through Walgreens for the first time ever. The Elmira location was the only one in my area that offered in store pickup. The quality of the cards is AWFUL. They were not printed on photo paper and the ink lines are visible. Also, the people in the photos are fuzzy despite the actual photos that were used being high quality. Will never use their photo service again.

I was on my way to a concert near Buffalo and needed a covid test last minute. The pharmacy sympathized with me, and the employees there went out of their way to get me in. I made it to the show with a negative test result and had a far out time. It wouldn't have been possible without the Elmira Walgreens pharmacy staff. Thank you so much for helping me out!
