0 stars if I could!!!Probably one of the worst establishments ever. I received a text on Saturday (10/28) stating my contact trial was ready and the Monday I received another that my glasses were ready. I went to America’s best yesterday afternoon (11/02) to collect my glasses and they provided me with an old looking, grey cloth case with the glasses inside of it. So NO protection for your lenses. I asked the lady why is it not in an actual glasses case and she said that’s the case it comes in.After probably some self reflection when I looked at her like really? She asked me if I wanted one of the plastic cases and I said yes. Now upon collecting my glasses there was no mention of my contact trial lenses.I went on home opened the plastic case the store associate gave me and realized there was no cloth to clean the glasses.The following morning I received a call from America’s best, to tell me that my glasses were ready. I responded by asking when did they know that because I was there yesterday. The representative told me they received it today and I said well I received a message since Saturday and I was there yesterday and no one told me anything about contact lenses. She said that’s an automated system and that probably was a system error. So I told her about the missing cloth in the case and she said well I’m supposed to ask for one because it’s not included in the promotion. Why should I ask for something my money paid for?? And hellooo why not state these things before customers purchase!For those who are interested in their promotion, do not go for it! You get what you pay for, cloth case.. no microfiber cleaning cloth, no protection for your glasses, poor service and a waste of your precious time, gas and money!!

As is customary, Trisha and Lupe were beyond amazing and helpful. This dynamic duo are what customer service is all about. They should train all the new staff at ALL locations. I've never had a bad experience in the Elmont location nor have my family members. Regardless of the hour I've shown up, both of these ladies always have a smile on their faces and welcome every single Person without hesitation. 5 stars are not enough. Thank you for helping me see clearly again!

America's worst service, I went to the store in Carle Place. Who offered to give me an exam for $79.99 which included 2 pair of glasses. During the exam she suggested a pressure test for $20.00 which she did. Paid in full and homebound. Fast Forward, after I received my glasses, side note I wasn't able to pick up the glasses myself, they were unusable very blurry. I then contacted America's worst and explained the glasses were blurry told to come in. At that point my husband suggested I just go to a local opthamologist which I called that day and saw 3 days later. At that office I had an exam and they found cataracts in my eye, YES cataracts which need to be removed. I contacted America's worst and explained the situation they put me on hold for over 6 minutes and said manager will call back. Joon did call back, with an attitude and stated he would not refund me the money since I had the exam. #americasworst #Eyeexamfail

I have to say, I will never again go back to America’s Best in Carle Place, NY.I’ve been there before and the service was ok but this last time, NOT AT ALL! The ladies in the front seem to have an attitude. I feel the negative energy the day of my appointment and after leaving I felt like calling to cancel my order but I let it go. 18 days later, after being to that my glasses will take atleast 14 days; I had to call to follow up on my purchase. The lady says it has been there since Friday, 5 days ago. I did not receive a call, a email nor a text.The service at this location has certainly fallen off and I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I went on November 11, 2022 for the exam for contact lenses. They called me in December and the contact lenses had different sizes. They gave me the exam again and they told me they would call me when they were ready. I called in January and they told me they weren't ready. We are in the middle of February and they never called me. I paid for the exam and they never wanted to give me the prescription either. This company is a disaster. My name is Julio Perdomo. The absolute worst location I have ever been to, and I have been to several all over the east coast. Unprofessional and unhelpful. They try to upsell you on everything and it’s beyond difficult to even get your prescription finalized. They constantly want you to come back into the store for everything. Save time and go to another location.

A very competent and caring staff. I had gotten my exam elsewhere, but to my knowledge they had not done the exam properly so I had random headaches at any given time. Not only did the doctor here correctly diagnosed me but I was able to get 2 pair of glasses with in less than 10 days. While I was there the manager was constantly making sure the store and patients were taken care of. Highly recommended location.
