AutoZone Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont NY is a leading retailer of auto parts including new and remanufactured hard maintenance items and car accessories. The staff put in new battery, changed washer fluids and wipers and helped pick out windshield wipers and replace them. The staff looked up exact models for cabinet air filters, gave great price and were great and patient. The staff explained everything, double check work before placing orders and finalizing anything. The company is described as great, sweet and patient, with staff that deserve a raise. The staff left feeling more than grateful and will come back for other car needs.
I want to share my positive experience of changing my battery in this store. Although It was very challenging to swap out my old one and install a new one due to the way it is secured with various parts and pieces, the technician managed to install it properly in the end. There are good AutoZones and there are very bad AutoZones. This is one of the good ones, and it all comes down to the staff.
