Took my car there an hour ago to check the tire for a slow leak. The guy jacked my car up so high that the strut was fully extended. Then he lowered it fast and the strut snapped when he lowered the car. Inexperienced non qualified people working here.

I’ve come here in the past to patch my tires and to have tires mounted. I recently needed to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. I went last Saturday and was told that balancing machine was down and to return in a few hours. A few hours later I returned and the balancing machine was allegedly still down. Returned on Tuesday and was told the machine was down. Suspecting they didn’t want to help me, I called in advance today (9/28/25) to confirm the balancing machine worked. They confirmed the machine worked. I got there and got the same excuse again. I pushed back and said I called in advance and was told the machine was working. The worker then admitted that he just didn’t want to do the work and told me to come back tomorrow. I told him I was not coming back anymore if we couldn’t get this done today and he walked away. Needless to say, I wont be coming back.

Alignment guy is horrible. Claims my tierods are bad and he cant perform a proper alignment. No, you dont know how to do a proper alignment sir. There is nothing wring with my tie rods. AVOID alignments here!

they are totally unprofessional. I went there. I have a nail in the tire. I request them to fix it inside patch and this is totally waste of the time. We need to fix it outside, so be careful to when there waste of time and waste of money.

This week I got a flat tire. I got service road by my car’s company service road. Saliou realized the service road screwed the lognob incorrect and suggested me to go to the dealer. Saliou was right, big messed up by the service road people , $200!!
Went back for Saliou to replace my spare with the tire I bought from Charlie’s tire shop , all good and back to normal. Thx to Saliou’s I hope to get my money back as it was a wrong doing by their service road.

I always use to come here to fix my tires throughout the years. But today changed that. How do you have 1 person waiting parked inside, me parked in the entrance and then 10+min later some random person drives inside the other entrance and quickly hands the worker money and takes over everything. You lost the customer that came in after me. You got us all pissed off and you lost me as a customer. What, is the guy in fronts money or my money not the same? What a joke. Found a place on Elmont rd at half the cost and profession service - not to give out names.

Today Diop and Cece fixed my tire. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and the process was very quick. Awesome experience if you need a fix check them out. Thank you again.

They certainly don’t close at 11pm as advertised. I got there at 10:38pm while they were shutting down and was told “we’re closed” ??♂️
