I like Chase bank. Very convenient and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is the lobby where the ATM are located can be littered with paper sometimes.

The guy that sits in the back is very rude. He was in a rush to go so he did not take the time to help me. I was a victim of fraud on my account and that was stressful enough to deal with and then to come the bank that suppose to help to find a rep that didn't even care. He was all over the place. I tried to explain to this guy. The full situation and what im there for after sitting for over an hour for him to tell me he cant help for but for only 10mins because he has an appointment to go to. I still had to wait again for someone else to help me. Then to top it off he came out fr his cubical walked over to help somone else. He greeted the other guy " sepaseh" they started laughing and the went to the back. He new i was upset and he did not show any remorse knowing what I went thru. Being a victim of fraud crooks pull out overva thousand dollers in my account. I will never come back to this branch ever. Top it off the people that i came before they were seen before me. This branch is screeming for customer service reps that is knowledgeable and cares about the customers.

This is such an unprofessional place! I opened a savings account with more than 10 thousand with one of the bankers. She was young and lacked and professionalism! I told her about it that day. Today I returned to speak with any banker and she was the one who came out. She tried to make me tell her exactly why I was there right infront of everyone in the waitin area, when I motioned for her to lead the way to her cubicle, she turned around and rolled her eyes and threw her body language! I was so appalled! I don't remember her name but she was young and Indian! If I wanted to feel pressured like I was in a welfare line then I would have went to one! Attitude and unfriendliness where my MONEY is , is totally unacceptable and if you would like to be handled by a professional, DO NOT GO TO THIS CHASE LOCATION!!!!

Worst chase branch ever Literally always packed in here and there machines are never working and are very slow to work they only have two machines their drive thru hasn't been open in over weeks It's just an inconvenience to come here
