This place is horrible!! I went Memorial Day weekend and received a mani and pedicure. I got a nail infection. I had a big abscess on my middle finger with pus near my cuticle. I had to go to Urgent care to drain abscess and was prescribed Antibiotics!!! When I confronted the lady that did my nails she was acting like she wasn't responsible and didn't want to give me her name or license number!!! All of sudden they don't understand English!! I made sure to report them with the Department of New State!!! They have unsafe sanitary conditions!! Please do not go there!!!

I went here once and it was great. All the times after that have been horrible. They rush on your nails and don't actually care about you. Can also be very rude. If you desperately need your nails done then they are OKAY but wouldn't recommend.

Kim is the best!!! Gets the right shape and is patient. The pedicures by Heather and the staff are also great. The color selection is huge! However, the door says they open at 10:30am but the staff frequently arrives late. If you are someone like myself who likes to be the first one in and out, I suggest not making a 10:30am appointment rather an 11am or better 11:30am to assure your time isn't wasted waiting around.

This place is OK! Far from great! I go there as a last resort, sorta like what I did today which prompted me to do this review. They're supposed to open at 10:30am... I got there at 10:46, to my surprise there was a line outside the door and the shop was still closed! I ended up waiting, because like I said this was last minute and they were my last resort. Heather (one of the technicians) finally arrived at 11:10am and started taking appointments only! I found out the only technician I allow to do my nails and feet here, Mya, was on vacation. Anywhos I was going to let Sarah or Kim do it. But once they came, they too only took to their appointments or people they knew. I waited for an hr and a half! Received no service, when asked "how long" Heather rolled her eyes and said "I don't know". Very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I did not make an appointment because often times you can still end of waiting! I will not be going here again! If you do not know them or have an appointment, do not waste your time! They're not that good to have you end up with a headache!

I'm so disappointed I have been going for a few months thinking I found an "ok"salon near my house. I love the tech who does my nails (seems to work part time and probably the best they got) and the owner is pretty nice. But last night I went in for a color change ( my tech was off but for that any of the mediocre techs would do) and after waiting 1.5 hours one of the techs told me I should probably "just go". Even tho I was told I would be serviced real soon. The service is mediocre and some of the techs are super rude from what I've witnessed. If your going to be rude at least be really good! It's not worth it with the proximity to better nail salons to deal with a few bad apples. Customer service is so important and many Asian salons need work in this area. Unfortunately this salon is added to that list. I'll never go back.

I've been here a couple times and the "spa" pedicure I received here not only compelled me to write my first review but to warn everyone about the terrible customer service this establishment has. I came here on Thursday morning around 11 am and was greeted by Kim. There were not that many people there so my wait wasn't that long. Ming ended up taking me and initially, everything was going fine up until the started to cut my cuticle. She ended up cutting me and I started to bleed. Okay, it happens but she does nothing to help the cut. I'm legitimately bleeding and Ming proceeds to use tools that are used on EVERYONE on an open wound. I had to ask her to use something to sanitize my cut. So with me having a spa pedicure, it includes a hot stone massage and a callus removal. She goes ahead and burns my leg due to her overheating the stone. She slaps on the callus removal liquid rubs my foot with a "pumice stone" but the grit on the stone was so fine that it felt like my foot was being rubbed with a marble. Despite all of that I held my tongue because I wanted to give her a chance. Now let's talk about the application, I had to remind her to put a base coat on and as you can see she clearly did a sloppy job. The initial application was STREAKY and had bubbles on the side. At this point, I was fed up. I asked Kim, the owner to please step in and take over and apply the nail polish because the least you could do is make it look nice. Kim stepped in and rushed it but at this point, I just wanted to go home. Kim saw I was displeased and proceeded to talk about me with her employees making me feel very uncomfortable. When I went up to pay she told me "she'd make it better next time" and I told her that I will not be back. I did not receive the massage, my paint job looks like my 3-year-old nephew did it, and that I have to go home and fix it. Although I was unhappy, I STILL paid the 35 dollars even though I didn't get HALF the services offered when it. She then started to scream at me saying that she has cameras and that she will play back the footage to show me... Okay, go ahead. If my services were supposed to be what it was supposed to why did you make sure to tell me that you'd make it better next time? I will honestly NEVER be back here, there are way too many nails salons in this area for me to be paying 35 dollars on a pedicure to not give me what's advertised.

Terrible Service. A friend recommended the place because of the kiddy chair and I wanted to take my 7 year old. However I waited an hour and they started taking people that came in afterwards. We ended up leaving.

The owner Kim and her sister are good. Most of the other lady's are okay but this guy that's doing my nails right now is horrible! BAD ENOUGH I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR BUT TO GET BAD SERVICE ON TOP OF IF IS WORST!!! I had top show him his mistakes and tell him how to fix it which he made WORST! Then he had the nerve to tell me no when I pointed out another error! I can't with this place!

I've been doing my nails here since they were on Meacham in Elmont. These girls are the BEST! They're so welcoming and make you feel like family. No matter how long the wait it's always worth it because they take their time and give you their undivided attention while taking care of you. My girls Kim, Anna, Sarah, and Heather are sooo funny lol you gotta love them. Keep up the excellent work ladies!

I like the way they do nails here. However, they are very money hungry and they are not discreet about it at all. They always want you to spend more money than you intend to. They charged me $5 extra just to change the shape of my nails. They always suggest you should get a new set instead of a fill-in so you can spend an unnecessary $15 more. My friend came with me once just to get a regular manicure and pedicure, and they charged her $65 dollars by adding a spa gel pedicure and gel manicure. My friend said she didn't even understand what they were saying. I come here often, but that's about to change.

I visited this nail place today (12/2717). I asked for manicure & pedicure. The woman filed my toenails very poorly. I told her that she did not file the sides, and pointed out which 2 nails needed more filing. After finishing the pedicure she grabbed the nail clipper and was going to clip one of my nails. She quickly realized it was not good idea and stopped. I stated that was the reason I was pointed out the nails that needed work. I respectfully told her that she did a terrible job. She stated "I do good work". Due to her language barrier, she was unable to explain herself, She did not understand completely what I was saying. She proceeded to have an attitude and quickly said "no manicure". Too bad I am unable to post this review without selecting a star. I would definitely give a zero ! I DON'T RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION !
