I went on Saturday to wash my hair and layer it. I already have short hair. She told me that she wasn't going to cut it too much because I told her I didn't want her to cut it too much but it happened ? now my hair is shorter. and she doesn't even know how to give a good cut much less pretty I hate that she lets me cut my hair for her now I'm paying the consequences ? I have days after Saturday when I'm stressed ? sad ? I also blame her for being stupid for letting her she cut my hair I went today to have them try to fix it and there more or less but it is super super short and it's all her fault she didn't care anything I'm suing her for leaving me without hair for making me look ugly for making me look ugly a lady's cut when I'm only 27 years old I'm super sad ?

I have been going to Claudia since 2013. She is an amazing hair dresser! She is very professional & her prices are reasonable. I go every 3 month for root touch up & highlights. I just had her do a Keratin treatment and I'm very happy with the outcome. If your looking for a local hair dresser in Elmont I highly recommend you visit Elegance & ask for Claudia.

This has to be the worst salon I've ever been to.I paid for a service which was not done according to what she said she was going to do.She has no experience as a hair colorist and when I called to complain she was rude and acted like she didn't want to be bothered .I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.If she would have said nicely to come in and see what she can do to make me happy she completely brushed me off .

I've lived in NY for 5 years and this is the first place that actually cut my hair the way I requested it. Claudia is the best! It's also nice, clean, and prices are fair.

Claudia always does a great job with my hair. I come here every 6 months for a trim. Her Prices are decent and staff are very friendly. I'll always come again.

Been coming to Claudia since 2005. I've sinced introduced my mom, sisters and my friend and recommend her to anyone looking for a good hairdresser in the area. Today i'm not getting anything done but accompanying my friend ;) I'm so surprised that this is the first review as this place has been opened for years!!! Claudia is the whole package and she also cuts men hair. Salon is nice, clean and well kept. ;) sometimes it get really busy. Do yourself a favor and make and appointment.. ESPECIALLY on weekends and holidays.
