these people a more focused on the sale and not the satisfaction of the customers. made an inquiries on a car. told to come in and see the car. I go in and the car is at another lot. told to come back in 1 hr to give them time to get the car. went to an appointment and took the kids for lunch. I return only to be told there are 2 customers here making an off on the car so they are sorry. I sent for the car and I wasn't even given a courtesy call that the car arrived. I wasn't even showed another car, just sorry and come back again. I will never do business w Luxury cars again. I don't care if its a 2023 car and its free. I still wouldn't go back there. I work hard for my money so service does matter.

Stay away from this terrible dealership. Don't bother using the "message the dealership" feature through CarGurus because this guy never responds. I reached out that way several times during the last week of August and finally ended up calling about the car I was interested in--a 2009 Nissan Versa with just over 54,000 miles on it. I went to see the car on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend with a mechanic friend who checked it out thoroughly. A couple of things had to be fixed, which we discussed with Esa at the dealership. He agreed to take care of them, took my check for the full price of the car, and said that he'd have it ready for me on Tuesday (because of the holiday). I live far from this dealership, so he said he could have a driver bring the car to me and pick up the car I was trading in. I stayed home on Tuesday to await delivery of my Versa. It never came, and Esa was slow to respond to my texts asking why. He assured me that the delay was because his mechanic had been backed up because of the holiday but that the car would come "tomorrow" (Wednesday). It didn't come Wednesday and he didn't call to tell me why. Getting information from this guy was worse than pulling teeth. When I got in touch with him Wednesday night, he assured me that the driver would come no later than Thursday night. The car was FINALLY delivered to me on Friday September 9, a full 6 days after I had paid for it in full (I even told him that if he had let me know that delivery would be a problem, I would've picked it up myself). I checked the repairs he agreed to do and one hadn't been taken care of. He told me he'd reimburse me for the cost of taking care of it myself if I sent him the receipt, which I promptly did. I asked him when I'd get the registration (he was supposed to get the plates from my old car transferred to this car) and he said it would be a few days. The temporary registration expired after 30 days. Esa never reached out to let me know there was a problem. The only information I ever got came from me pulling it out of him. But every time we talked, it was the same story: "I'm so sorry. I'll check on it and make sure you get it, and I'll send you a check for the repair you did." EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. In mid-October he promised me that it was coming "tomorrow," and we had several heated phone conversations about him giving me the runaround. Finally on October 20 he told me that the motor vehicle agency had rejected my paperwork because of a bad-quality photograph of my license. Almost 7 weeks had passed since I paid for the car, and I was livid when he gave me this excuse. I had been driving an unregistered car for a few weeks at this point and told him that I was uncomfortable with that. I explained that I was extremely frustrated because I had held up my end of the deal and paid for the car on September 3, so I really had no recourse because he controlled the situation. I mentioned that the only thing I could do at this point was "write an honest online review" about my experience, and he BEGGED me not to do that. He promised that he would correct the situation with the registration and send me a check for $300 because of everything I had put up with. He assured me that the check would be in the envelope with the registration when he sent it in a few days. The registration and new plates arrived around October 26 (he hadn't gotten the plates transferred from my old car like he said he would). I was away, and when I returned home on October 29, I saw the FedEx envelope with the paperwork and new plates BUT NO CHECK. I texted him the next day to ask about the missing check, and he gave me some excuse about "his secretary sent the paperwork" and he'd send me the check immediately. It's been almost a week since I've heard from him, and still no check. I know that it will never come.

BATE AND SWITCH! BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS, I WISH WE DID. The car we wanted was a Mazda CX-5 listed for $12,995. We made an appointment to test drive the car at 10:30 AM and when we got there they made us wait 15 minutes for the car. During the test drive, Corey says nothing and was on his phone the entire time. We get back to the dealership and we sit down and talk about the price, and then he tells us the real price is $17,000 if we won't finance with them. They make their money on the profit margin on the financing so they are really not interested in anyone who is paying cash. Also, when you finance, they add on an additional $2000 down payment on top of the price of the car. We would also like to mention that the lady that we spoke to on the phone did not work at the actual location and told us she knew about the bad reviews and that they were under "new management" and "don't do that anymore," well that was obviously false. Overall the experience was not pleasant and a waste of our time and gas.

Nice. Went to get a vehicle with my friend for his Girlfriend. Very friendly atmosphere. No pressure at all. They could work in the overall process for being a little long but very upfront detailed sales staff. I would recommend. Thank you.

Extremely satisfied with my experience at this dealership. Salesman Brian was cool and straightforward. There are dealer fees and warranty's that u have to pay for but the prices of the cars are lower than normal so it all equals out anyway. Some minor issues with the car but we're taken care of by the dealership. Thanks guys love my new car . Same day purchase and take home.

The worst dealership. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time! Staff is extremely unprofessional and ghetto! Don't let me forget to add thieves! Stated a downpayment had to be put down for a car, so you can see what your financing payments will be. The sales rep Jesus, stated that the money gets refunded every Friday, if you decide not to go with the car. 4 Friday's have paSt and they give the run around, instead of refunding the money. Bunch of con artists ! If I could rate zero stars, I will!

It was a nerve racking experience because as a woman it's so hard to find a dealership that you won't feel like you're getting scammed or being pressured. And Elmont was great because of their amazing staff! Downside was the pricey fees and inconsistency. Depending on which NYC Motorcars location you go to will depend on how they charge their fees, because I visited the Woodside location first and their way was different than Elmont, so that was the con. But the pro was my salesman JESUS! And he made sure I got the lower price! After considering the cars there, I changed my mind and wanted the one I seen in Woodside (shoutout to Richard at Woodside who first showed me the car I now have), and Jesus amazingly drove us there to get the vehicle! And because my mom was with me and too tired to drive back, I wasn't going to be able to drive home with my Nissan Rogue beauty. But guess what, Jesus and his lovely girl Mylena delivered my car to me in Jersey after their shift!!! Like who does that?! Yes he deserved that commission plus more! The 1 star I deduct is from the exhausting wait and the fees, but all the 4 stars go to Jesus!!! When you visit the Elmont location ask for him! His name is Jesus for a reason! Thank you! #JesusTakeTheWheel

I was just at this dealership. What a scam. You have to add 5k to the prices you see on their website and on cars.com. $5,000 in hidden fees on every vehicle they sell! I looked at a car listed for 12,700. Called and confirmed the price (with Milena) before driving an hour and a half to the dealer. Here's what I arrived to: $12,700 list price. + $1,995 fee (couldn't get a clear answer what this was for after asking to clarify many times) + $895 dealer fee + $2,000 Mandatory purchase of their warranty So $12,700 on their website and CONFIRMED on the phone turned into $17,590 in person. This dealership is the reason the term "sleazy car sales people" exists. I guarantee they don't dispute this review too because It's fact. If you like a car of theirs add 5k. That's what the sales guy told me. Dishonest and a waste of time.

My lord what a dump. Anyone who buys a car here deserves what they get as it's run by people who couldn't care less what you drive off in.

I'd give this place a zero if I could. They are a total scam. The car I was interested in was listed for $11,500 but after speaking with their financial office the final price was $21,000, which was never discussed. We discussed a total that was much less. They lied about the price and tried to blame it on me. The car was also not actually serviced, even after they said the car passed its inspection and was pre certified.
