“Another easy visit to my local CVS pharmacy. As usual the team seemed to be diligently working but took the time to greet me when I arrived. The tech that assisted me processed my request and I was on my way in minutes.”
“I always schedule online to get my flu shots and medications done here and have never had a problem! Recently, a nice young man even helped me get my grandmother's walk-in passport picture done :) The only thing is, there can sometimes be a 20ish minute wait at the pharmacy because it gets busy.”
“The retail side of the store is not well stocked and the line is always long. There are never enough people working the registers. However, the experience with the pharmacy makes up for it. The female head pharmacist (whose name I can’t remember at the moment) truly cares and goes above and beyond in assisting customers. After a recent surgery, I appreciated her help in finding my medication at another location when it was out of stock.”
“I like that the store opens @ 6am so if I am heading to work, I can always stop in if I need to purchase an item before work instead in the afternoon where there's a line of customer's or there's an annoying guy standing infront of the store playing music trying to sing/dance looking for money blocking the entrance.The shelves are always stocked, and the sales are good.I didn't give 5 stars because when I have to pick up a prescription in the afternoon or the weekend the pharmacy line is long and the store needs to do something about the guy stand infront of the store singing and dancing.”
