Nagy’s memorial studio is a great place for all your monument needs. I’m in the funeral industry and would not deal with any other company . . I have been dealing with Dana for a few years now and she is very easy to deal with and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time .

My family ordered a monument for my late father from the Elmont location right by the cemetery. We just walked in & talked to the first sales person we met. Marina Ryl spent hours with us helping to shape our ideas into a monument design. All the work stages were done timely, workmanship is excellent, all the process was much easier than we expected. The result is better than we envisioned

I lost my husband to a terrible disease. Never thought I'd have to work on his monument that early in my life, didn't know where to begin. Marina Ryl from Sheapsheadbay location was very supportive, warm without being overly familiar, attentive to details & reliable through the entire process. The result is a beautiful tribute to my husband's life.

4 years of delay on my parents monument. Botched documents. Sent me wrong private materials on another woman’s memorial. Tried to raise prices. Sold us a monument type the cemetery doesn’t allow. They are the worst. Run!

A one is too high for these disgusting people. Problem with my parents stone with a mark across part of the stone which they (Sprung Monuments) were paid to make. They say they sent someone to correct it but it still was obvious there was mark across it. They did nothing more about it. I don't know why I called them after losing my wife in 2021 but I did. I spoke with a woman who was very nice and tried to help me but her English was limited. She went to transfer the call when a man's voice came on in the background yelling at this woman "who's on the phone?"She tried to explain that I wanted to speak with someone about building a stone for my wife's grave. He said "GIVE ME THE PHONE" He yelled "who is this" and I tried to explain what I needed and he just hung up on me. I called right back and he answered Sprung Monuments and when he heard my voice he hung up on me again. Hope they go "UNDER" without a stone on top. What garbage please go out of business because you suck!!! I'm using Gutterman's highly recommended

I have been trying for months to get a foot stone for my father and my uncle. At first I spoke to Amanda who did nothing she said she would and when I called her again, she had no idea who I was. Next I spoke to Antonio Jones. At first all was well. We spoke about what we wanted and he yessed me to death. For over a month now I have not been able to reach him. Multiple times I’ve gotten texts saying he is with a client and will call me in an hour. A call which, of course, never came. Shame on Antonio and the management of this undependable ‘business’. At a time when families are vulnerable, these people take a bad situation and make it worse. I have every date and notes about speaking to and then not hearing anything back.I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. I am just thankful I haven’t given them any money yet. Actually I was ready to but again thankfully their incompetence stopped that train wreck. I am sad and angry. We were ready to plan my father’s unveiling and due to the terrible staff at Sprung, we are not able to do it. Stay far, far away from these people. They do nothing but add to the pain of losing a loved one.

All the people working in this company are completely useless. I paid almost $2,600 just to add names to 2 headstones. I took over 6 months for them to do this simple job! We had to make many phone call to this company and they almost never answer the phone line and never return my messages. I would avoid this very irresponsible company! Extremely disappointing!

If I could give them a zero I would!! My sister paid for a new headstone with inscription and for another existing headstone to be inscribed. Paid half in Dec. and balance in April (per their request). Absolutely nothing has been done and next week is Anniversary of brother in law's passing!!! My sister left numerous messages at their office, no response. This week I emailed, FB private message and spoke with CEO'S admin. asking to speak with CEO to get this issue resolved...no response from CEO!! Do not do business with them, go elsewhere!!

Sprung monument was everything but cooperative and helpful to our family during our most trying time. Bob, consistently uses the excuse of, "I have to call you back when I'm in front of my computer", over and over to avoid families inquiring as to when their loved ones grave will be ready. Finally, after at least 4-7 attempts of getting him "in front of his computer", he simply and arrogantly tells you, "I can't give you a date" as to when the grave will be finalized. In fact, he went on to tell me on the phone that he "has a pile of 67 of these on my desk." "These". That's what he said. "These". Those piles of paper on his desk. His busy work. I reminded him that those pesky piles of paper on his desk are actually loved ones tied to the hearts of those that ache for them. For months on end we had to chase Sprung Monument for a finalization date. And finally, when it was finally installed (at least 3 months after they "estimated" it would be), they failed once again to make good on yet another promise - to properly cover the grave for the unveiling ceremony. If you want to experience even further heartache, stress and grief in dealing with the passing of your loved one, I'd recommend using Sprung. Otherwise, go with literally any other company who has a little more self-respect and consideration for other human beings.

Completely useless, first got and email saying give them a day or two, then saying they will be at the cemetary the next day, a month went by and never heard from them. Ridiculous considering it's a difficult process to go through

You would think people in this business would be caring and compassionate!! The worst customer service i have experience. It was hard enough losing my brother at 22 and my mom at 48 but then to lose my dad and then have this horrible woman to deal with and take more than a year to make this ugly headstone I can't even tell you what a disappointment to work with Marina Ryl who does not answer emails. She should not work with humans. They ask for money up front and they get it and then you don't hear from them again. Please don't do business with these heartless people. Find people with compassion who want to help when you are grieving.
