My dad an 78 years old man with a prepaid Tmobile went to the store to pay his $50 bill they ask him for his drivers license and 2 weeks later we found out he have 4 lines and many devices added to his account and change his account to a business account I went to the store the guy get very defensive and say he don’t know nothing about it he was just doing his job and doesn’t want to corporate with nothing.They are a bunch of fraud over there scamming peoples account left and right this must be stop.

This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. I got a new iphone 13 on jan 23rd the tmobile staff put 3 different numbers on my phone except for the one number i asked for. Had to be on call with tmobile for 4 hours to get rid of those and i didn't like the phone so i returned today feb 5 while i still have a day left to return the phone according to tmobile 14 day return policy. Today i had to go 3 times to this store and all 3 times they make different excuses first he said return online i cannot return it at store second i called tmobile then they said manager is not in store. This is the top of the list scamming so they don't have to return the phone. Never go to this store never never. Manager Dwayne is careless. these staff members need to be trained

Came in a few days ago to buy a screen protector and new case. The employees there were so helpful and so kind enough to help me find the right case and screen protector. While they were helping me with the process, I couldn’t help but enjoy the environment around me, employees get along and are so helpful with the customers around me as well. Definitely a 5 star T-mobile, and trust me, i’ve experienced a 1 star T mobile service before . The person that helped me was named Elena if i’m not wrong.

Rep was not very welcoming, unfriendly and condescending. They rather scroll on their phone than help customers. This place should close down.Update: Although the owner has posted a scripted response to send them an email, their mailbox is full and cannot receive messages.
