They need to staff more employees at the registers, I came in at an off peak time at 2pm on a weekday. The line to checkout was down to the bed&bath section of the store. Cashier Lane 8, Lane 5 and Lane 4 were only open and moved slower and slower as I got closer. I came in here at 2:25pm and was out by 3:45pm.
I’m a very patient person, I work in customer service management and this is not a positive experience. They need to hire more staff to accommodate customers in a timely fashion. Coming in for 1 or 2 things and leaving quickly is not an option

I walked Into this store right when they opened and there was trash on the floor. The entire beauty section was a mess. Totally disappointing for a store to look like this right when they opened

I don't love the new layout of this store, It seems to lack beuty products now as well, also difficult to find some things, but I am a TJ Max fan.
