The post office is supposed to be open at nine. It’s 9:15, and it's closed. This is unprofessional for a federal institution.

They do whatever they want here. No consistency in the schedule, they close your PO box for no reason without telling you even though you paid and if you ever have a problem they just say tough luck.

Shows up whatever day they want to. Mail or any packages hasn't ever been on time. just moved here from queens, and elmont usps service has been really horrible.

This place is really something out of a movie. For starters it's tiny with bullet proof glass that's so filthy you are lucky to see thru it. The staff is crap, attitude central and they will talk on their cell phones while they help you. In fact I've never been in there when I didn't see an employee not on their phone. I just go for the forever stamps... wouldn't dare do anything else. The hours are also crap and usually they have the door locked past opening hours.

My main location where I ship ALL my packages and letters. It sucks that they aren't open on the weekends. It is always closed from 12-1:15. Joyce is the sweetest lady ever! She is so helpful and gives assistance when needed. I have mainly been coming to this location because of her!
