They’re understaffed and lines are ridiculously long. I’ve been waiting on line to pick up a prescription for 35 minutes and I still have 4 ppl in front of me…. I’m definitely switching pharmacies. I’m done with this ridiculous service

This pharmacy department is sometimes closed unexpectedly, with no signage/info posted *until* after you've walked all the way to the far, rear corner of the location, presumably due to staffing issues.I have (on multiple occasions) received automated calls informing me my medication is ready for pickup, only to discover upon arrival that the pharmacy department has closed hours earlier, hours earlier than the posted hours of operation.Customer service of the pharmacy department has been both exceptional and absolutely offensive at times. This pharmacy is understaffed. Customers, including elderly and those with issues walking and simply standing are often forced to stand on an extremely long wait line.Customer service elsewhere in this location has always been good.Also, this was once a 24 hour location with the pharmacy remaining open until midnight, which was the initial reason I chose this location.Additionally, I am aware of no other pharmacy that closes entirely for a daily lunch break, even with customers still waiting in line.This pharmacy is understaffed.

If you’re favorite words on the planet is “we’re out of stock” come here for music to your ears.Also if you’re favorite thing is to waste gas to come here to find out that you’re medication is not ready come here for a great time

Several issues with the pharmacy department. The wait time to pickup a prescription is unbelievable too long, it appears that only one person is at the window to service customers, no attempt is made for a backup person to service the waiting customers. There were times I leave and come back, the pharmacy is closed for lunch, it would be appropriate to have alternate schedules for lunch hours avoid closing the complete pharmacy for over a hour. please take these concerns into consideration and make some improvements

This review only has to do with the pharmacyWho ever has a 5 star rating/review prob wrote it years ago or is definitely lying ...Shut this pharmacy down for the sake of everyone in the area or hire new people.. Please! the pharmacist doesn’t care about telling people information on delays or when it will be filled. Called them at 12pm they told me it was goin to take “an hour to get ready”. Ordered an Uber at 3 pm just to be safe (because it’s always longer then what is told ESPECIALLY at this pharmacy) when I got there waited on a 25 min line just for them to tell me they are out of stock on my medication then I hear the pharmacist tell the pharmacy tech to tell me it will be here in a couple of day or so... (like she didn’t care about her job or the medication people need).How is that in any way professional, they shoulda just told me it was out of stock when I called and before I spent money to get there

What a horrible pharmacy, never have prescription in stock . What a joke. They DEFINITELY NEED TO HIRED NEW PEOPLE OR NEW PHARMACIST TO run the pharmacy so they be on top of these type of things . This is the fifth month my prescription has been delayed because of negligence of keep up with what’s in stock in their pharmacy… wow just wow .I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this pharmacy.. the store should just be a Walgreens and not have a pharmacy in there…

At one point this Walgreen was efficient....now they are just deficient in the pharmacy department...and sadly u can't even blame the staff....its management....it is absolutely a dread coming here....they are not in sync with their notifications about medicine pickup...then the wait to get it is another ordeal...I am switching I sincerely suggest you do the same....Disgusting!!!

MICE EVERYWHERE ! WARNING!!Unfortunately there are no options for zero stars. Visited last night to get a few things and at the last minute I realized that the snack I had in hand was falling through the bag. I took up another bag, a smaller hole was in there so I chose a different snack and realized everything was bitten by mice. I was in shock and alerted the cashier who dismissively said “Yes we told the exterminator” Now at a disbelief I asked “You don’t see the importance of closing the infected aisles?” Cashier stated, “That’s not my job”.In fear that a child or elder would fail to notice the health risk, I waited for the manager who stated “We clean the aisles daily and called the exterminator”. I walked her to see the boat load of mice droppings and asked if she cleaned the selected aisle... all I received was silence.

Staff is very friendly and helpful I got my first dose of vaccine shot from the pharmacist who was very professional and it didn't hurt when I got it

I hate this Walgreens!!! The pharmacy dept is helpless. They don’t know anything, they don’t pick up the phones with manners, they do not help customers with questions or concerns. It’s sad that they wear their pay rate on their faces and aura! It’s horrible! Not happy?! Pick another job!!!

Worst place you could ever visit, poor management and customer service. If I could give zero I would, visit CVS instead!
