Kraen was BEYOND amazing and thorough during our tour. The best part about him was that he thought about US first and gave us many diff options for our short term stay, since we didn’t exactly need 3 months. The 3 apts we saw were actually really good. Our timeline ended up changing, and we do need the rental for 3 months now. The property is just what we need - safe, clean and lots of amenities! I would highly recommend this property, and if you happen to have Kraen walk you through the tour- that’s cherry on top! THANKS KRAEN!!

Jay has been a great help and blessing to me from the time he showed me my apartment till the present. He has helped to make my experience at Vista very comfortable & happy.
Also, Everyone in the Leasing Office has been very warm and helpful toward me.

I cannot speak highly enough of Liana, our phenomenal property manager. She is truly a gem! Liana is always available, whether it’s answering phone calls promptly or addressing the needs of the property with efficiency and care. Her dedication to ensuring everything runs smoothly is unmatched. Whenever an issue arises, she’s quick to find a solution and goes above and beyond to keep the property in top shape. Liana’s attention to detail and commitment to her tenants make her an invaluable asset. If you’re looking for a property manager who genuinely cares, Liana is the one to go to!

I often visit my sister at Vista at Town Green. Beautiful community! The grounds are well kept, and neighbors are friendly. I would recommend the community to anyone who is in search of an apartment.

Oh my where do we start? We lived in this complex for over 2 years and the amount of drama and bad things we endured is endless. We ended up thankfully purchasing a home and getting out of this complex.
For starters upon moving in we had not MICE but RATS infested in the unit they had leased us(photos uploaded). Day two of us moving into our unit with young children only to find out that we were amongst huge rats and disgusting silverfish all over our unit. Management took 0 initiative in curing the issue. All they did was send their exterminator, who did absolutely nothing. so We had to spend well over $1k to resolve the pest issues since there were several opened entry points in our unit left open. After our own exterminator mediated it we ended up not having the issue anymore, but that took him closing over 20 opened holes in the unit. Unit the rats were all trapped, We slept every night amongst the silverfish and rats and poop. I even had to call the health department because that was the extent of how bad it was.
During our tenancy, I had over at least 20 work orders to try and eradicate the silverfishwith no resolution. So two weeks ago, we finally moved out. What a relief!
Guess what? Not only did they keep my security after all that I just stated above but tried to charge me an additional 1k for "broken blinds" "sealing of doors" and bogus extra charges. Trust me when I tell you I am a Google Guide and my review is 10000% honest. I will upload pictures of all the pest issues we endured. Also, there were waterbug/roaches outside of the townhome doors that made their way into the unsealed front door they are trying to now charge me for. Attached are photos of them.
Oh i almost forgot to state that they never cleaned their air filters, so our unit filters were consistently black, and my children were consistently sick. They also have major water/mold issues in the units. My ceiling looked like it was going to fall from water issues. Vista, do better. I actually feel bad for Tiki. She was handed a whole mess of a complex that is nothing short of filthy.

Well, I am at a loss for words to describe how happy and grateful I am to be living in Vista at town Green, all thanks to some special individuals who work there. Firstly, I have to thank God for creating someone like Mrs. Tiki Durand (Vista property Manager); she is a blessing to this community. Mrs. Durand is very professional, always smiling, and respectful to the residents. Because of how she treats me, I have recommended Vista at Town Green to my friends and coworkers who needed a place to call home. So, Mrs. Durand, I want to thank you once again. Another staff member who has earned my respect is Mr. Gilbert (Mr. G); he is also very professional and respectful. Eianna( resident maanger) is very friendly and knowledgeable, from the bottom of my heart, my family and I want to say a big thank you.

Fairly new but.... leasing management has been very nice and responsive. I had some minor issues with something's in the apartment, put in the work orders and maintenance came and took care of it promptly. Jason came threw and fixed everything. Jay my leasing agent was nice. shout out to Monica too, who despite not being my leasing agent took the time to answer some questions I had. Thank you all for making my transition here a simple one. I hope I continue to have a great experience here at Vista Green.

Do. Not. Move. Here. Trust us current residents, read the 1 star reviews and believe every word and run. If you are a RICH rule breaker, thief, or smoker of any kind of substance, then THIS is the place for YOU! You gotta be rich because the rent is unnecessarily high for the service they provide - NONE! After hours, the phone is disconnected! DISCONNECTED!! As in “the number you’re trying to reach is NOT IN SERVICE” DISCONNECTED! The cameras you see on the property? Decoration. Don’t work, aren’t connected to anything, just there to make new residents think they’re being monitored. The signs about them monitoring? LIES! I had a package get stolen that Liana saw outside and brought in and put in the lobby herself. When I went to the office to ask if they could send an email to my building to ask that it be returned they said they don’t get involved, I have to issue a police statement. I pay for two reserved spots and the amount of times I have to complain about someone being in my spot in the 7 awful years I’ve lived here are too many to count. You are able to park for however long without consequence ! During business hours, They send an email saying to please move your car and allow up to 24 HOURS for it be moved!!! Unless you call and complain again! Then they will just send another email. After hours, you’re on your own, why? Because the phone is DISCONNECTED!! The towing signs are for decoration. Everything you see is just there for kicks and giggles because they do nothing but try to get more unsuspecting residents to join this hole of a community and lock them in a lease and then ignore them! Literally! Prospective residents, read and RUN! Trust me, those of us who are here are trying to do just that!!

The worst place to live!!! Management does nothing! You pay for reserved spots and anybody and their mother parks in it without consequence. All you smell through the halls is WEED WEED WEED when in the leasing agreement it clearly states no smoking of any kind……and you ask what’s done……NOTHING! I’ve been a consistent paying tenant for over 7 years and this place has gotten HORRIBLE. In fact I don’t think they were ever good. Trust me run far away from here!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Harbor Group in their Vista at Town Green complex. I recently renewed my lease and Liana Rodriquez was attentive and extremely helpful and professional through the process. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it is fixing a cabinet door, plumbing, electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living. I look forward to another year living at Vista at Town Green.

Stay far and away from this place. I have lived here 5 years and since the new management has taken over the service has gone downhill. Dealing with the office takes days. If you cannot be there in person, it takes days to get a call back. Their office hours are within the timeframe most people are working. I have literally been given direction via voicemails to bring documentation to the office, I adjust my schedule to bring it in, and no one seems to understand why I am there, even as I am showing them emails from their own office. Its wild. In 5 years' time the complex has lost thousands of dollars of my packages. No improved security measures were ever made. Rents go up every year and they are ridiculously high as many of the units haven't been refurnished in years.

Jayana in the leasing department was amazing. I was very stressed about finding a place and she made me at ease. She answered all my questions, found me the perfect place and made my move less stressful. She took me on a tour of the community, made sure my apartment was ready even with a speedy move in. She followed up with everything! The entire leasing staff are amazing. A mention for the maintenance department as well. They are very efficient and attentive to the repairs needed, great job. Thank you!
