This place is truly the worst. The workers there are not customer friendly, they ignore you until you say something. Had a gun transferred there, they stole my magazine and my safety lock. Acted as if it wasn’t in the box even when I had picture proof, and they took forever to mod my gun. Stay away from this place

Place is terrible, I’ve never seen a range with so many stupid rules. Can’t use break ARs…. And you can’t use steel cased ammo???? Really? What does it matter what the case is made out of? Then they have the gaul to charge almost a $1 a round for .223 LMAO no wonder why this place changed names, they’re a joke and it doesn’t surprise me why the place is always empty

Liz Gesualdo is an awesome Firearms Instructor. If you need to take a HR218 class, 16 hr class or need help with your permit paperwork, Liz is the one to go to. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. She also coordinates Ladies Night which is so much fun. The rest of the staff at Blueline have been courteous and helpful.

Went to take the 16hr class to recertify my license, had k.c. as an instructor. He made it interesting and painless. Highly recommend blueline and if you take the class k.c is great.

Nice place, clean and equipped, their armorer even torqued and stacked my buffer tube for free. The front desk guys are nice and friendly, offered discounts and hints, which I really appreciated. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because of the grumpy range watch. I get it, it is about safety and dude has a job to do, but when there's no magazine inserted in the mag well, and one of the two takedown pins is still unlocked, I'm almost certain the range policy shouldn't have a problem with someone having the rifle in their hands when switching from one lane to the other. "This is your second strike", said the range watch, after noticing the absence of eye protection before I even made it to my designated lane. Again, I respect that he's got a job to do, but we don't need this type of schoolyard treatment.

Reviews speak for themselves. I’m not the only one star review here… most of the five star reviews probably are written by the people who run this and their buddies. Try someplace else. I don’t get a mom and pop feel over here. Just a bunch of guys trying to rip you off.

Terrible, awful experience. Unless you want your day ruined by salty, arrogant, disgruntled range instructors I suggest you stay away and go somewhere else. Tony who is a retired disgruntled NYPD Officer single handily ruined what was a special birthday activity for the family (it was not out first time shooting either). Will not be going back, nor do I recommend. And We Love Law Enforcement, Tony should find another Retired source of income that doesn't have to deal with people.

This place is terrible. They wouldn't let me use some of my own ammo that I brought (Wolf brand 5.56) cause it's steel CASED. They said "oh you can't use that ammo here cause it's armor piercing and will go through the walls". I said to myself, "how is steel cased ammo armor piercing? You're maybe thinking of steel cored ammo which is different." These guys are just full of themselves. One time I was just taking a break sitting down on a chair, checking my phone not bothering anybody and watching my father do some shooting and this over entitled jacka*s who's one of the range officers comes over to me and says "YoU cANt bE oN yOuRe phOnE, iTs oNe oF tHe ruLeS", and slams the "rules" board. Give me a break, I've never heard of a range where you can't be using you're own phone. I would give this place a zero star rating if I could. Also this place is way too pricey. Last time I was at this place, they were charging around $60 for an hour of range time and this place isn't even nice. You can go to Blue Mountain Sportsman Center in Cortland Manor (which is actually nice and is an outdoor range) for about $15 an hour.

After getting my license, I went there to pick up my firearm. The owner or manager proceeded to try and call the courthouse almost 20 times in a row so he could try to avoid doing my background check. Other staff told him it wouldn't work, to which he gave a thumbs up and kept trying. Incredibly cold and arrogant, and made me a bit anxious, and kinda treated me like a criminal. I also witnessed him point a rifle in an unsafe direction pointed towards a staff member who looked alarmed.Stuff is pricey too compared to other placesRest of the staff are incredibly friendly and nice, but man is that owner/manager something.

Came here two times, both times the staff is willing to help and answers all your questions. Very knowledgeable about what they sell. The two younger guys working behind the counter are good dudes and always helpful. Thanks!

I had encountered a rather frustrating 16-hour training class re-scheduling issue earlier in the week. After much angst and handwringing, I subsequently placed a call to Lou, one of the shop's managers. Lou listened to my issue, and satisfactorily addressed my request immediately, with no drama! If this is how sticky issues are dealt with at the shop, I look forward to working with them well into the future. Thank you, Lou for your consideration!

Went in there again. I’m a federal 0083. I have a license to carry in all 50 states. I have credentials. Yet I’m not a “real” police officer in their eyes lol. I don’t know why I even went back in there to try to talk to them.
