Terrible. Awful. Dishonest. Took them forever to do a routine car inspection for an accident. Ended up at a different body shop that did it quickly. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time and money.

Horrible Customer Service experience--- Treated as if they were doing me a favor by repairing my car! I brought me car in for an inspection on 6/26 after having an accident on 6/25 with damage to my rear passenger side panel and tail light, as Brendan's was on my insurance list, and also because my wife had reported a good experience with them a few years ago. Jerry, who inspected the car, did not tell me at the time when to bring the car in for repair. As I had not heard from them subsequently, I called them on 6/30 and was told that parts had been ordered. After no further communication from them, I called again on 7/7, was told that parts would be in the following week, and then brought the car to Brendan's on 7/11. When I brought the car in, I showed Jerry 2 little dings on the driver's side door and asked if he would take care of them. He assured me that it was a minor issue and that they would "take care of it" for no charge during the repair. When I picked up the car on 7/26, I felt that they had done an excellent job on the repair, with one exception: The 2 dings has remain untouched. Jerry told me that the PDR or "ding man" had been on vacation, and advised me to bring the car back the following week. I arranged to bring the car back on Friday 8/11, was told by Jerry that he would call me when the "ding man" was available. He called me @ 2:15 pm, and asked me if I could bring the car in ASAP. When I got there, I had to wait another 30 minutes until Jerry and the "ding man" looked at my car. He said he could do it --- but "not now," that I would have to make an appointment to bring the car back yet again the following week. When I brought the car back the morning of 8/18, Jerry told me I should leave the car --- and they would call me when the car is ready. While waiting for an Uber to take me home, I spotted the "ding man" and told him I'd brought the car in. He told me that Jerry hadn't told him that I had done so, but asked me to stick around, and took care of it in less than 15 minutes!! When I informed Jerry afterwards, he told me there would be "no charge" for taking care of it, reaffirming an offer me made at the time of my bringing the car in. A few more salient points: When I brought the car in on the 18th, I showed Jerry a damage to the paint on the top rear panel over the cargo door. I told him I had not noticed it when I picked up the car a few weeks before, but know it had not been there previous to the repair. Jerry told me that it was the result of bird droppings, that is could not have been caused by them, and offered to repair it for $250; that in addition to the $4500 he had already gotten from my insurance company along with my $400 deductible. I currently keep my 2023 car in an indoor garage, and typically use it 2-3 times a week for short errands. I have no idea if the paint was indeed caused by a bird dropping --- which I'd never experienced or even heard of before.I do know that I will never bring another car to Brendan's Auto Repair, and that I will have the paint damage fixed by another body shop, even if it costs me more than $250 to repair! Customer service is important to a business, and the service I received was unacceptable and inexcusable --- no matter how busy they are. Whenever I had contacted them in the wake of no communication, I felt like they were doing me a favor and sounded if they were annoyed. And getting them to honor the ding repair should not have taken 2 additional times of bringing the car back to them for a 10 minute process!!

Maybe Brendan's Auto Body may be good for body repair, but I had a completely different (that is, much worse) experience after my car was towed to Brendan's after a mechanical breakdown.It took three weeks of constant calling before the engine replacement and cooling system repair were completed. I never got a pre-repair estimate or breakdown. When I drove the vehicle away (having forked over $4000 cash), there were multiple warning lights on my dashboard. I immediately returned the vehicle. Brendan's had the audacity to charge $200 more to replace unnamed parts (I also got no receipt for the work until I made another request for it weeks later - and I was never told what parts were being replaced for the $200). I paid it, just to get the car out of there once and for all. The warning lights no longer showed. However, a few weeks later, the warning lights returned. I was informed by my regular mechanic that they had put in the wrong kind of thermometer for my vehicle. About a month after that, the engine temperature warning light went on on a long-distance trip. The problem was another catastrophic cooling system failure -- one of the problems they were supposed to have fixed. We had to abandon the vehicle, as it needed major repair not only to the cooling system, but also to the engine, which had been damaged by overheating.I reached out to Brendan's by email and postal mail but got no response. I did not phone them, as I had had such a poor experience with their phone customer service. I am not in the mood to get the brush-off for the umpteenth time. This review is not the first time they are hearing about this.I really have to be pushed to write this kind of review of any business, as I am the kind of person who likes to give the benefit of the doubt, but I was told that with the replacement engine only having 70K miles, my car should basically have been, if not like new, in better shape than before. Now I'm out $4200 and have to get a new car somehow.If I can spare anyone the kind of experience I had, that would at least be something. But I deserve a lot more than that. If the owner keeps saying that customer satisfaction is first, he can prove it by reaching out and making this right.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I wish I could give this business more than five stars, they were amazing! The price was incredibly reasonable for body/paint work on a luxury car and I agree with a below review that the interior was detailed despite the car only needing exterior work.Service: Body & Trim

terrible service at this place, I would never do business here!!! the lady gave me a price & 2 mins later she end up trying to add more random prices & she wasn't trying to tell me what the prices was changing on... lady at front desk is rude & nasty attitude ... they tried to charge me 400 for a towing & was upset I told them I won't pay for 400 for a 10 min drive

Awesome. I would highly recommend them. Several friends said they were top notch. Not only did they fix it for the best price, It looked like I took it to get detailed when i got it back. The interior was spotless clean. I cant imagine ever going someplace else. Thanks againServices: Body & Trim

Had my car towed here from an accident on the Sprain. Got all the parts in so quickly and they kept me informed the entire time about the status of my vehicle. Best experience I’ve had with a repair shop.

Brendan’s auto body is an excellent shop. I’ve gone there for multiple years for all my work on all my cars. From my Chevy Trailblazer to my Porsche Cayenne, the work on my cars has been done with care and consideration. Anytime I need a tow they are always so helpful and professional. On multiple occasions they were generous enough to drive me home when I had no ride. Every time I get my car back it is perfectly detailed. I had gotten into an accident, and I could've sworn my car was totaled. Brendan's tow truck came and right from the beginning the guy who picked up my vehicle reassured me that they'll do their best to fix my car. I met up with Brendan the next day and to my surprise he tells me that they'll be able to fix it! He gave me a very reasonable quote and within a few days I had received my car back looking and feeling better than ever! From beginning to end these guys know what they're doing! Highly recommend them if anyone has anything from a minor to major accident.

Their service is incredible. I dropped my car off to have some minor body work and repainting done. I spoke with Brendan and he took great care of me. He even assisted with getting me a local rental car at a great discounted rate. I got my vehicle back much sooner than anticipated and while pleasantly surprised, I wasn't sure how I was going to return the rental car. Brendan assisted me with that also. I got my car back and it looks new. In this business I think honesty and integrity go a long way and when you combine that with flawless work and customer service, they can't be beaten.Services: Body & Trim
