“Excellent experience at Promaster Body Shop! My car was recently repaired here, and I liked the quality of work and customer service. The team was friendly and professional. My car looks like new again! However, please note that the address and pictures on their website are not entirely accurate, so it's worth double-checking before visiting. Due to this inconsistency, I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Still, I recommend Promaster Body Shop for anyone needing reliable auto body work. Good job, and keep improving! “My car windshield needed to be replaced and they did a wonderful job. The work was done back in 2019 and this review is 2 years too late. I completely took their awesome work for granted and today I realized how wrong I was to forget about this company and the wonderful service they provided. I had my car windshield glass replaced again today but this time with Safelite in Mount kisco and they were horrible. For more info, read my review of Safelite. This horrible experience is what made me realize that what Automotive elegance did was outstanding. I will now use automotive elegance for windshield glass replacements if i ever need one again. I learned my lesson.”
