He treats your property with respect and is very detailed when cleaning your car inside or just out. I brought my wife’s care to clean the inside only and he left it immaculate. My wife is very picky and she was very happy with the job Hector did. Hector did such a great job that I decided to bring my car, which was very dirty inside and out. When he was finished, I couldn’t believe how beautiful my car looked. I sent pictures to my friends and family to show them how beautiful my car came out. “When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could.1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn’t even recognize it (thanks Chin).3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled!Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.”

“If my car had ears, they would clean behind that too. Our 12 year old car was neglected and never professionally cleaned. The crew at ABH did a fantastic job. The car looks as good as it was new. They cleaned and polished the car as if it’s theirs own. It took about 30 minutes and five to six people working together. We are not local. If we were, we would definitely come back again. The price was more than reasonable.”

I was on the line for a very long time as they washed each car in side & out, windows, vacuuming, mats, etc. I would have thou gh ht they would separate those cars out of the car wash line. No. you have to wait through the interior cleaning of each car before the wash cycle.”

“This is convenient which is why I continue to go here. The staff are nice but the actual wash is more like a rinse. I pay for the monthly. I started with the lowest one but moved to the next tier thinking it would be better. Then to the highest monthly plan. This is no different. I sent an email to address this but never heard back I’m writing to find out if anyone else feels this way. If so, I’m hoping the owner can fix this issue. I am writing this review hoping the owner hears this and does whatever he needs to to fix this.Update: The owner reached out to me and his response was extremely proactive and positive. He clearly cares about the customer’s satisfaction with his business. I know if this issue continues, he will attempt to resolve it again. Unfortunately, in todays world, it’s a rare thing for businesses to respond positively to any complaints. This goes a long way. Thank you Tim.”
