I stayed her on September 23, 2024 and I can't begin to thank Amanda, Daquan and Lisha. I accidentally booked the wrong date through booking.com and it turned into a nightmare. I'm not telling anyone not to use booking.com but be prepared if you have an issue. There weren’t any differences in price booking directly with this place. I received the best service from all the folks I interacted with over the two weeks dealing with booking.com, from the supervisor to registration to the front desk. I worked these people’s patience but they were always pleasant, understanding and accommodating. I love this place because there is a kitchen, its close to the highway, the supermarket is very close, a restaurant right across the street and my favorite if you miss the hotel’s breakfast, Dunkin Donuts is next door.
Rooms: There's a kitchen
Nearby activities: White Plains Mall is very close. Dunking Donuts is next door. A restaurant is across the street.

I came to visit my friend and in her room there was roaches and bed bugs. The manager was not very nice and the guy with the reddish brown hair that works 3-11 was very nasty and sarcastic. If I had to stay here I wouldn’t. And I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I stood at one down south and it was 100 times better.

The staff were all very nice and competent but the building smelled moldy and I could not believe this but there was a cockroach hiding under my shoes when I woke up.

I stayed at the hotel last week. There was roaches and bed bugs in my room. The guy Daquan behind the counter had an attitude that sucked. The general manager Amanda wasn’t any nicer. They both should lose their jobs. There were stains on the bed sheets and the towels.. I will never ever stay at this hotel again. I will make sure to tell all my family and friends not to stay there.

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. A special thanks to Amanda, Alisha, and John for making our stay seamless and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond. The hotel offers all the essential amenities, and the pricing is very reasonable.

I really do not recommend staying at this hotel. There were roaches all over the room and in the bathroom. The hallways and lobby smelled like weed, and it was just generally a shady environment. Not worth the money whatsoever, I should’ve listened to the other reviewers who said the same things.

Please don’t stay here. The general manager Amanda is racist…I stayed at this hotel from 6 September to 27 September which is today I think the general manager was racially profiling me and my family, and she even told us to check out because she tried to enter our room and my son didn’t let her in and when I ask her about it, she told us to check out…. and the facility is very dirty, have a lot of roach, and moles all over the bathroom…
Rooms: Very dirty and need work..

The room was nice, I had a queen studio. I only needed it for 2 nights, so it did the job...You can hear everything in the rooms around you. the bed spread was stained with coffee and there were old blood stains on one of my towels...'breakfast' is just packaged nutrigrain bars and small muffins that are cleaned out before they even hit the floor... seems a little low of a bar for having to pay $25/extra per day for my pet...but it was a cheap spot, nearby to my destination and worked out fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking garage off the back was convenient, as was the 24hr diner across the street, and gas/dunks next door.
Rooms: Linens were dirty. But the room itself was nice.
Nearby activities: Sleepy Hollow/Tarry town
Safety: Kinda sketchy if you are a woman traveling alone. Lots of men hang out in the alley behind the hotel and between the parking garage. Most are just there to smoke, and none bothered me, but you can never be too careful.
Food and drinks: 24 hr diner across the street, convenience/gas/dunkins next door
Noteworthy details: Off of a main highway

The reason I gave the room a three stars is because the refrigerator and the top of the freezer door was absolutely nasty was not cleaned properly at all And it looked like all of the funk that was on top of the freezer door had been there for quite some time probably still there right now.
The reason I gave the service a two is because my key quit working when I was working on getting all my belongings out to the vehicle in the parking deck, which is behind the hotel takes Time. I was on my way back to my room to get the last few things I had in there including my dog and the key quit working because they set it up to quit working at 11 o’clock on the dot. When somebody pays over $230 for one night to stay at your establishment. Give them 15 minutes extra time then they will have no need to complain.
as far as the location couldn’t ask for any better.
Rooms: I realize I am a tall individual and I see things that sometimes other people can’t see but the top of the refrigerator. The top of the freezer door was just absolutely nasty and you could tell it has not been clean for quite a while.
Nearby activities: I actually went to the theater to watch Joe Bonamassa in concert two nights in a row and it was 15 minutes from there, which was fantastic.
Safety: Safety was on point.
Walkability: After the show, I came in and walked to the convenience, store next-door and picked up a couple of things I needed very convenient.
Food and drinks: Did not participate in any of this
Noteworthy details: I think I’ve pretty much covered everything

The manager and front desk employees are wonde, and helpful. They truly do their best to make my Stay comfortable. The overnight lady is the absolute best. She is a 5 star employee..

Friendly staff. At the least, a disposable plastic cup in the room would have been helpful. Recommend having shampoo available in the room rather than having to request it from the front desk; this would be more convenient for guests, especially those arriving late. I was also menaced by an aggressive pit bill belonging to another guest in the hallway outside my door.
