The young person at the Fed Ex center was the most helpful, kindest, and pleasant person you would ever want to assist you! She smiled and was very courteous when asked the same question more than once. The person she helped didn't speak English very well. So the Fed Ex Customer service person worked patiently until everything was spelled correctly! She is truly a beautiful person inside and out! Thank you for a wonderful experience at Fed Ex!!

This location is the worst to have to deal with….. the customer service starts with management.. if management is not up to proper standards then workers below them is going to operate the way they want to operate…. Nevertheless I stood home waiting for a package which states the delivery attempt was made….but was never made!!After the 2 delivery attempt….which I was still home..I decided to investigate and see why, and how I was missing the delivery’s first thing first there was no door tag.. usually when you miss a delivery attempt. They would leave a door tag..second I watch the surveillance on property to see if they really attempted to deliver the item which was a bunch of b.s they never attempted at all…. I realized I didn’t even have any miss calls on my caller I.d from my intercom system at my place of residence….elmsford fed-ex sucks big time and this is only the beginning of my rant I will continue with my rant respectfully until I get in contact with the higher up…possibly someone in corporate… p.s i personally had to go to that place to receive my package

I missed my delivery that required signature due to the merchant’s mistake (not FedEx) on 12/22. Since I needed my package for Christmas, I went to the distribution center at 7:30pm to pick up my package; however, the driver that had my package was not back. The staff were very helpful despite being yelled at by previous customers and had the manager call the driver to check on his eta to the distribution center. Luckily, the driver had 10 more deliveries left and was still around my area. He offered to pass by and have the package delivered in 40 minutes. I went back home and 10 minutes later, I had my delivery. Thank you so much for your help and kindness!

It’s sad to say that this location is still lying about attempting to deliver packages. The service is a disaster. I wish I saw the reviews beforehand but on day two of waiting for my package.

FedEx I the worst delivery service out all the delivery services. They totally suck. Packages always get lostDelivery is always delayed. I honestly don't understand why any company would do business with FedEx. US postal is a better choice. Carrier pigeons deliver better than FedEx.

My sister sent me an important Power of Attorney from Italy to my home in New Rochelle, NY, and it got lost by Fedex. I contacted Fedex several times and got different answers about the whereabouts of the Power of Attorney. I sent two emails to Fedex and also drove to the Elmsford facility to find the package, to no avail. Finally, roughly one month after she mailed the document, I received it, all crumpled up. No one at Fedex told me what had happened to it.

If you ever have the option of shipping through USPS or UPS, just do it and save yourself the grief of going back and forth for HOURS with FedEx, because you are guaranteed to have to pick up a package yourself. ESPECIALLY if you have time-sensitive items. What should have been overnight delivery was in my hands over a week later on multiple occasions because of FedEx’s mistake (or plain negligence, I’ve given up trying to figure out which one), and they tried blaming me for it every time.If I could give 0 stars I would.
