Our daughter has been with Lightbridge Academy Elmsford since she was just 2 years old (she recently graduated) and our experience over the years has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the entire team has been incredibly attentive, nurturing, and professional. We’ve always felt confident that our daughter was in the best hands. They’ve played a big part in shaping her early years and for that we’ll always be grateful. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be well cared for, supported, and truly loved, Lightbridge Academy Elmsford is the place.

The cameras at Lightbridge daycare are truly invaluable, providing the wonderful ability to check in on your child throughout the day. However, I must admit that the rest of my experience was quite disappointing. The level of care varies significantly between rooms, with some providing better care than others. While the children are taken care of, there seems to be a lack of enrichment activities, making it feel more like a babysitting service than an enriching learning environment.
In my daughter's non-mobile infant room, there was constant staff turnover, which was disheartening. However, Jasmine, who took care of my daughter in her last month there, was exceptional. She displayed remarkable kindness and a genuine love and concern for the children. I wish we had experienced that level of care throughout her entire time at the daycare.
Furthermore, I experienced a sense of disappointment concerning the insufficient attention given to my daughter's milestones. Despite her readiness for advancement (as confirmed by the daycare staff), I was notified that she couldn't be moved to the appropriate room due to space limitations. I had assumed that upon her acceptance into the daycare, there would be an understanding to ensure sufficient room for her proper placement, but that didn't appear to be the case. Additionally, I was informed that she would be moved to the next room just before I notified them about her leaving, and they chose to keep her in her current room for the remaining time. This situation has led me to feel that my daughter's needs were not prioritized adequately.
My daughter was enrolled until August of 2023 so maybe things have improved but I wanted to share my experience.

I am so grateful to the staff here. I was so stressed trying to juggle 2 kids under 3, sending my toddler here twice per week has really helped my mental health. The staff are so kind to her, they have cameras so you can see everything. My daughter has improved her speech and doesn’t seem as anxious in social settings.

Our family felt like the staff truly cared about our children while they attended the center. The center was well run and any minor concerns that we ever had were addressed empathetically and immediately. I have recommended Lightbridge Academy to all of my mommy friends.

We can't say enough positive things about this place! The teachers, staff, director, owners -- everyone is unbelievably friendly, helpful and truly get to know each child as an individual. We started our eldest at Lightbridge in 2021 and our second started there in 2022. Both kids have since left for 'real school' but are dying to go visit their teachers any chance they get. Luckily, our third just started there this September so we continue to be part of this amazing community.(HUGE shoutout to Ms. Yessie, Ms. Kailyn, Ms. Jordan and Ms. Leyna! Each of you has left such a profound impact on all 3 kids -- eternally grateful <3)Kids are 1000% the #1 priority here and are nurtured with an immense amount of love and care. If you're looking for a safe and loving place for your child to grow academically and socially -- HIGHLY recommend joining this incredible community.

My niece went there and it appeared to be a great solution for working parents but it definitely is not a school for academic learning as it was initially when they opened last year. Maureen and Marissa were great but they are no longer there as most of the great staff also left that were there when they initially opened. There is a high turnover rate at this center and there is a lack of consistency now. The cameras are great to monitor what is going on but it is limited view. I happened to see a teacher shake my niece which I immediately called my sister and soon after my sister withdrew my niece. The location is great and the hours are great but when it comes to pre-school learning and preparing your child to enter school, this is not the place for real academic learning. If you work odd hours and looking for a babysister/ childcare environment while you work then yes this is the place for you.

My son attended this daycare for about one year and it was a very positive experience. The staff are warm, kind, and attentive. They focus on learning through play, and come up with creative and fun activities to do with the kids each day. I never worried about my son while he was at Lightbridge, I always felt he was safe and loved. I cannot recommend them enough!

My husband and I are grateful for the wonderful learning environment that is Lightbridge Academy of Elmsford. Our LO has been a student there since she was nine months old and now she’s fifteen months old and learning everyday! She loves to communicate with sign language (that she’s learned at Lightbridge). I like that the teachers and administration there seem to really care about every child that is a part of their community. The Parent View allows me to take little virtual peeks of our LO during her day—and was definitely a selling point for me, as a FTM.There’s so much more to love about Lightbridge! The friendliness and the responsiveness of the staff. I highly recommend Lightbridge Academy.

My baby boy is in non mobile infant class and he loves it. I can see his big smile when he sees his teachers and his teachers are really amazing and exceptional. My baby's motor development has progressed significantly since he started the lightbridge academy and I am sure that the care of his teachers (Ms Ashley Rogers and Ms Ashley Perez) plays an important role in this. The video camera is also really great. Everyday when I eat my lunch at work I look at my baby the whole time and I feel that I am with him. Their app is also great and they constantly update us with what he eats and when he sleeps and what he does. I am so happy with my Choice and I am so thankful for the care my baby receives.I received two beautiful gifts for the mothers day from Omid and his teachers that just melted my heart. This is the most beautiful gift a mother could ever wish for ???
