I debated reviewing them because we had such a positive leasing experience. The trouble started when we wanted to buy the car at the end of lease. They tacked on a inspection fee of $200 and then said that we would need to buy new tires in order to buy the vehicle because THEY have higher requirements then NYS. Wait what??!! Lease Buy out is controlled by the contract I signed at lease signing. They can't arbitrarily ask for additional things not contained within the four corners of the contract. We contacted Chase directly and bought the car without any conditions. Ridiculous behavior on their part. Now I don't even trust them to bring my car in for service.

Scheduled an appointment for maintenance service on my lincoln suv and asked for a loaner vehicle which is a service I’ve been receiving since i’ve been going there since 2019. I was told by the new service coordinator that it’s not their policy to give loaner cars for vehicles that are not under warranty. My vehicle hasn’t been under warranty in two years. It was purchased preowned and every time I’ve been there,,I’ve gotten a loaner car when dropping my car off for service, now, all of a sudden , it’s not being extended. Meanwhile, I purchased a 4 year premium service plan and I can’t even use it , unless I go there and wait in their Service waiting area for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, while they service my car. I will never use this place again or buy a car from them…dishonest people, buyers beware.Service: Auto maintenance

Finally got my car yesterday from service.They got into an accident with my car in service, "tried to repair it" and now my car looks like it has two different car parts glued together.Not to mention, my car went into service for a sun roof noise issue, which still isn't fixed. After 1.5 months in service.I don't really have any words at this point.See attached pictures

Terrible experience post buying. While the buying experience itself was great, car purchase is supposed to be so much more than the initial purchase and it has been a total bait and switch since.When i bought the new car, they took my existing leased F-type with the promise that there will be no charges for the return. A few weeks later, comes a letter from the Bank asking me to make payments for extra wear & tear and disposition fee even though everyone agreed (and still agrees) that i gave my leased car back in pristine condition. When you buy a new car, there isn't supposed to be a disposition fee, but I got hit by one! The frustrating part is that no one really bothers to call back and explain what is going on. Inspite of calling multiple times, the management refused to give me an update or even call back! The receptionist just asks me to send an email to which no one really responds!The service department is terrible as well. When I scratched my car contacted them to help resolve, they were not at all helpful. When purchasing, got convinced into buying all sorts of insurance and now no one is interested to help me understand how I can use it. Inspite of multiple emails, no replies!Terrible experience overall. Love my new car but a terrible customer service has left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I could have bought it anywhere and perhaps had a better overall experience. Never going back for sure!

This is the 2nd car we’ve purchased from Willie. He and the team are pleasant, helpful and make the process easy. Plus no pressure. Did I say that we travel 2 hours to go there specifically.

Everyone there was so helpful. My rear view mirror came off the windshield and everyone I called refused to help but they were so willing to help. Even though it couldn't be fixed they gave me their genuine opinion.

I have been fighting with this dealership for over a month for the registration for a car i bought from them. My temporary plates have expired, and they can not/will not provide me with copies of the paperwork that is required for the registration. I am beyond frustrated and highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. By far the worst car buying experience.... and that's quite an accomplishment when car dealerships are generally bad to deal with anyways.

This place is full of liars. Stay away What they promise is not what they do.They will call you 10 times a week, send 20 emails to win your trust but when you are there , they will do everything they can other than a truthful transaction .

STAY AWAY, THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE BUYING CARS ONLINE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH LIES ,I bought my 2012 Toyata Camry on monday oct/18/2021 from AutoNationat the Jaguar and Landrover dealership in White Plains, NY. I paid approximately $15k.I have learned the hard way NEVER to buy a used car from a Luxury car dealership. The experience has been dreadful and you need to be aware of this.Two days after buying the car from the dealership the front bumper was starting to come off(Pictures attached). I called and explained and I brough back the car to get serviced. The service man working at the dealership let me know that I needed a new bumper and that I always did need a new bumper. It turned out that the bumper is attached by a made plastic hinge and it had broken and they had used plastic to keep it together. PLASTICI am really upset. Really upset. This is my first car that I have saved up for and paid $15k for it. I was totally taken advantage of. Why did they not say? Why did they allow me to drive away, knowing there would be a problem in a very short space of time? It is dangerous, reckless.I Took the car to an independent repair shop. They confirmed that I needed a new bumper. They were shocked when I told them which dealership had sold me the car.After that I tried to set a meeting with Jaguar landrover and could not get anyone to speak to me. So I went there and refused to leave until they agreed to get me a new bumper and install it. After arguing with them for about two hours and speaking to four different people they decided that they will give me a new bumperThey didn't offer a car for me to borrow so I have been using ubers. They said they would get back to me when the car is ready.That was Thursday Oct 28th and they said they would get back to me Fiday oct 29th. Friday came and went. I called, I emailed. No-one responds. When I spoke to someone they said someone would call me back. No-one did. In the meantime I am incurring costs having to uber everywhere. Finally on Friday November 5 they called and said it was ready. I picked up the car on Saturday Nov 6th. And here is the real kicker. THEY DID NOT INSTALL A NEW BUMPER. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH PAPERWORK SHOWING WHAT THEY DID. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR A WEEK, DID NOT DO THE WORK AND I AM LEFT IN THE SAME POSITION.I have spent so much time and money and stress on this. They have been absolutely awful to deal with. I think they don't care as I am not buying a luxury car from them .. but in that case, why do they sell used cars?I need a new bumber. My car bumper is being held up by a clipAttached are photos from after the 3rd day of driving the car after I purchased itI will not let this go. I want a full refund for my car. I don't feel safe in the car anymore. I was lied to and ripped off by the people working at Jaguar and Land over. The emails from the sales people and Manger there have been so unprofessional and unresponsive. I have hardly driven it. I will go to all the social media sites, better business bureau, tell my story to the local news outlets, my local representatives to pressure the company to give me a full refund on the car.We cannot allow people to behave like this and take advantage of essentially the underdog. We are better than this.JUST WANT A NEW BUMPER OR MONEY BACK THIS IS DANGEROUS!
