My daughter and I have gotten our nails done here a couple of times. They do a great job with my designs, but I always feel very rushed even when we have an appointment. The place is always busy so it might not be your cup of tea if you prefer a quiet, serene, spa-like ambiance.Update: I was here on 7/27 and will not be returning. While we picked out our colors, another customer dropped and broke a bottle of nail polish. It got all over my 7 year old daughter’s shoes and I was so surprised that none of the employees offered to help. I had to ask for paper towels and nail polish remover. When I asked for more paper towels, the staff member that was there told me she was “too busy” (she was folding towels at the time). It didn’t help that later on, the person that was supposed to do my nails got annoyed that I booked a UV gel fill and told me that I actually had a regular gel manicure. I told them I was certain it was UV gel but they insisted so I said ok. Once they tried soaking my gel off, they realized it was in fact UV gel. They didn’t even apologize. They just walked away and had someone else do my nails. I had noticed that they tend to rush certain customers but are super friendly with others. I try to be a good customer and always tip at least $20 because I love the way they do my nails but apparently that’s not enough. I wish I could come back here because they really are skilled but the customer service is just not it.

Elmsford nail spa is awesome! Everyone is so polite and nice my significant others family have been going to this nail spa for a while. I got my nails done by Vivian today I appreciate the time she took on my nails and ling does a fantastic job as well ?.

I've been going to Nail Spa for over 4 years now and I've had several great technicians during that time. However, yesterday was my first time having Nina do my nails since Crystal left and I must say her skill level is top notch! She shaped and manicured my nails the way I was hoping and she executed the job over and beyond!Services: Nail art

Long term customer who grew tired of rude staff, low availability, lack of accountability when they mess up your appointments, and zero regard for customer loyalty.I work full time and just drove 20 minutes to my appointment on a Saturday evening because it is all that was available. The employee told me that my appointment had been rescheduled to next week. I searched my email history and showed her that I had no confirmation of that change and was met with nothing, but apathy. She did not even attempt to accommodate me or see that an error could have potentially been made on their end. A few weeks ago I scheduled my appointment on a Sunday and was called to be informed that they are closed on that day. When I went to reschedule my appointment there was hardly any availability. My nails are in a state and I can’t believe that I have wasted money at Nail Spa Elmsford for a year and a half.Service: Manicure

The nail salon does nothing to accommodate its long standing customers. Every time I try to make an appointment it’s a problem. I’m not going back and will find another place to do my nails. Nail spa is by far the best nail salon in Westchester. I have been going there for 6 years and the salon is always incredibly clean and the owner and manager are consistently updating the decor. Every salon tech is well vetted and does a phenomenal job at the core services. Those that do nail art are true artists, and always execute my vision perfectly. My dip powder manicures have lasted perfectly up to 5 weeks with not a single chip! All the staff is incredibly friendly and whenever I bring my daughter they are so accommodating. Went in on a Friday to have my nails done with SNS Powder. I advised the tech that I needed an extra coat since my nails where long and application was too thin. She advised they only do 3 coats. Sure enough by Sat the nails were starting to crack. I went back in and advised exactly what I said would happened did! I was advised by the manager that I needed to change what type of dip I was using because they only do 3 coats and it takes to long to remove 4 coats! So I would have to change what I was doing to not inconvenience them. They applied the additional coat and repaired the nail. Once again on Monday another nail broke. I went in and the tech was annoyed I advised the nail he repaired was too thick! Wednesday another nail broke!! I called to schedule a repair which I was more than willing to pay for and I was told I could not long go to the salon and I would have to have my nail repaired else where!! Apparently since I don’t just agree with what ever they do and say I am a rude customer. Fortunately my nails are not done for free and if a customer has advised an additional coat is needed because the nail is too thin the request should be accompanied. Since I don’t spend hundreds of dollars on my nails and keke with the manager and front staff I am rude. My money is just as good as everyone who spends 100s on their nails. I am certain if one of them had an issues it would be accommodated. Beware when having your nail done here! Nod and wave or they won’t let you back in.

These days it's not often that I get to treat myself but with my birthday around the corner I figured it would be nice to do something. Booked a pedicure and arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Receptionist told me to wash my hands and pick my polish color. After that I was told to sit in a pedicure chair by one of the other employees. She filled the bowl with water and I got comfortable. 10 minutes go by and no one has come over. I'm trying my hardest to be patient so I wait. Eventually a full 30 minutes go by and still no one. Mind you my feet have been in this now cold water all this time. I finally flag down the woman who seated me and she notifies the receptionist. Her response "why didn't you say something sooner?" Oh I don't know maybe because 1. My feet were in water and 2. You guys should know how to manage your business better. It really shouldn't be this difficult to account for each appointment and nail tech. Apparently the tech who was supposed to work on me was directed to another client by "accident". So after essentially wasting 40 minutes of my life, I left without getting my nails done. Never again.

Charging $5 to file your nails (every time) after already charging $10 for a shape change is kind of ridiculous. I hope they consider changing this.

I like the fact that I can schedule an appointment in advance and be seen without waiting. The establishment is clean and the services are excellent. Staff is friendly and very skilled. There is ample parking and I like the overall atmosphere of the business.

Nail Spa is a wonderful place, they always do such a great job with my nails. The only reason I'm giving it a 2/5 stars is because of the receptionist (there are two, the one I'm referring to is blonde). She is incredibly rude, speaks down to the customers, and sincerely needs to evaluate her customer service. I originally booked a gel pedicure but due to time constraints I had to change it to a regular pedicure (first time ever doing that). The receptionist reacted in such a rude manner, saying if I even read the email they sent me on changing the service. I sincerely hope she can treat others with patience, kindness, and respect instead of looking down on others.

I don't normally go to salons, but I decided to treat myself to a professional pedi before my wedding, and after a lot of research I chose this place, due to its well-maintained online presence, good reviews, and convenient location. Booking an appointment online was easy, and I appreciated that they confirmed right after I scheduled as well as a couple of days before the actual appointment.This place is very busy, but I didn't personally feel rushed when I was there. The tech I ended up with seemed highly skilled. She had a firm yet gentle touch, and did an amazing job with the gel polish. My feet felt so clean and pretty when it was all done! That was over two weeks ago, and the only thing wrong with my pedi now is that it has visibly grown out. I'll definitely come back to this place when I decide to treat myself again in the future!
