“Called at 8am I believe i spoke to Sammy for an alternator replacement on my 2008 Rav4. Was told to come right in, got there at 9:00. Was in the repair bay by 9:10. And back on the road by noon. Was amazing after breaking down the previous night. I cold called the shop and was treated fairly. Price was reasonable!Thanks”

“Primarily I went to have an inspection, but I also let them know that there's always a noise whenever it rains or right after the rain. They fixed the noise problem free of charge since it was a minor thing to do. They also let me know that at some point the links for the stabilizer need to replaced. I scheduled an appointment for the replacement and there's also the price on it, which is very helpful so that I'm aware of how much it would cost. Of course I don't have to pay anything until the work is done.Just moved into the neighborhood last year, and will certainly become a regular customer going forward!Services: Exhaust”

“Wanted to share a review of my purchase experience at Toyota City. I am an out of state buyer (in Colorado) and I found a CPO Sienna that Toyota City was selling. They made the purchase very easy, and I would 100% recommend buying a car from this dealer. “I drove to the Valvoline that’s not too far from work for an oil change on my Acura MDX on 1/25/24. I immediately got greeted by the guy servicing my car, and told to wait behind a car that was getting serviced. The staff there were respectful and professional. Service went as planned and they even checked my tires and filled up my windshield washer fluid without any hesitation. I also needed a rear windshield wiper. He had trouble removing the rear wiper because I mistakenly bought the wrong one and the bracket got stuck. I got out of the car and told (person) to just remove it and I helped him try remove it. While attempting to remove the wiper in a joint effort, the arm snapped. They looked immediately distraught and I ensured them it was ok that I would pay to replace it as it wasn’t his fault. He even admitted to his boss Daniel the manager here that he messed up. Daniel came over and had said that they can get a new arm direct from the dealer at no cost to me but there was a wait of 25mins (which I had no problem with at all). While waiting, I noticed the other guys who I assume were new, were being trained and guided by Daniel. Daniel shows great managerial skills and respected the guys there that were learning. Overall makes me feel like they all care and regardless of how busy it got they got it don’t no fuss at all. When he came back with the arm and installed it quickly. I insisted on paying for the arm and the wiper but they refused to let me pay for it. These guys are great over here and overall professional. From admitting to a fault to being very respectful and professional at all times. 10/10 would definitely recommend coming here for anything they service. Thank you guys for doing a great job! Keep it up!”

“Got the Exterior Wash service for $11.71 + tax and comparing price vs end result, is good value. Once it’s your turn, the car is clean through machine and done in under 10 minutes. After your car comes out, a few staffs hand wipe your car down. There were still spots left and overall car was about 90% clean but like mentioned earlier for under $12 before tax, not too bad of a deal and will consider coming back.”
