The rear tire of my motorcycle went flat on 287 in rush hour traffic. I limped off the Elmsford on-ramp and found this place. There were no mechanics on duty, but the owner(?) helped me out with some pliers and an electric air pump, and I was able to fix the flat with a plug kit I had with me. Really helped me out of a bind.

First time in town after riding my bike from Queens... the owner (I think) was so patient and kind, I got a flat, well actually I needed a new tube and for my route bike. Anyways, great customer service and totally recommend this business. Thanks again for saving my day.

I came here with a broken Sounders bike, they fixed it nicely and the charge was very reasonable. These guys are so much better than the other shops I visited which were expensive and didnt do work on electric bikes. Would highly recommend this shop.

I was looking for an ebike for a year. I had my eye on Rad bikes but they never had them in stock. So one day I made my mind up to take a look at one in person if it were close to home. I dont drive and was nervous about public transportation during the pandemic. I looked up ebikes in NJ/NY and found Revolve with a NY number and called it.I spoke to a nice man, Tony who took the time to ask me what I was looking for. The bike I wanted he said he was delivering the next day in JC if I wanted to see it in person but he didnt recommend that bike because he said it would be too big for me (Im 5'2"). He told me the "Alex" would be a good fit. If I liked it he would hand deliver it for me the next day and then offered a deal I couldnt refuse. Who does that?!So excited for my new bike he arrived on time. Stayed about 30 minutes to explain the features on the bike and I rode it a bit.This has brought me joy. It rides beautifully. I know its just a bike but I feel some freedom now that I can get around a little without thinking about buses and trains. Nice guy, great bike....I highly recommend.

I brought my electric scooter in for a tire change. It was returned to me 3 weeks later not working with no excuses. When I insisted they return to me a working scooter, they kept it another 1.5 months and returned it to me the handlebars all over the place, the tape scratched, the re-assembly done badly, and the motor looking in even worse shape. No mention was made of any of this, I was just told to collect the bike. If I had not tested anything at the store, they would not have said anything either....really sad. This is a work vehicle and I now have $300 of repairs at a real electric scooter shop :(

i love the shop and i love the customer service they have there. tony the owner and john the mechanic are both awesome. just bough a second bike from them today and i am very pleased. like no other the bikes are so uniquely designed and performance is awesome.

Highly recommended. Love my folding ebike (the "Handy Dandy"). I use it for commuting between Queens NY to Midtown--about 6 miles each way. It goes fast over the Queensboro Bridge. No more subway riding for me.For safety, I swapped out the bell for a louder one, and added a mirror to the handle bars. With lights on my helmet, I feel safe in both Manhattan (where its reasonably safe) and in Queens (where biking is less safe). I bought this bike at a local shop (Bill's Cyclery in Queens) and that turned out to be so much better than buying something from Amazon. Having a local service facility is huge.

Easy to deal with and very good value on my new folding electric bike. I could have ordered an ebike online but nothing beats the advantage of being able to service a bike locally.
