I have dealt with other storage facilities before and I have to say this location has the best trained manager/staffStefan is highly professional and he had me in it out I was amazed how fast he operates and how accurate he is and how concerned he is at getting the customer service right good job!

Great manager with consistently high customer service from him and his team over the past 5 years. The office and facility are always very clean. Never evidence of critters. I highly reccomend.

Manager Danny is helpful, he deserves a raise!! Safeguard Elmsford is spotless. This is my second time needing long term storage and it is as well maintained now as it was in 2011. I highly recommend it!!

Working with Danny at Safeguard Storage in Elmsford, NY is a pleasure. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have used the service at this facility before and find the experience gets better and more efficient each time. It’s kept extremely clean and user-friendly. My experience at safeguard was an excellent experience at the Elmsford location, Danny the the representative they have working at this location is excellent. He tended me and my family with professionalism and attentiveness, he made us feel very welcomed and I highly recommend this Safeguard location in 37 Valley Avenue ElmsFord NY.

Would definitely recommend this place. We showed up towards the end of business hours and Christine was kind enough to still accommodate us. It’s great that we could still access everything after business hours. The carts available for moving are incredibly helpful. Danny also went out of his way to help us when we moved out!

I’ve rented here for 2+ years… the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. Everything is extremely clean and protected from water/bugs, etc. Danny and Christine run the place smoothly and go out of their way to help you avoid late fees, etc. Extremely good natured people who are always willing to help the extra mile.

The customer service given by the staff at Safeguard has been top notch. From the initial phone conversation to establish the size of the storage space that I would require to the in person interaction with Dominic, who was filling in at a location not his own and Christine, who was at home on her sick bed helped me with my situation that had me between a rock and a hard place. (Won’t bore you with the details). End results is a relieved, satisfied customer thanks to everyone’s care.

Safeguard Self storage it's very clean and very well managed. Danny is on top of things and always willing to help and find solutions. They also receive and store my Fedex and UPS deliveries until I get there. I Highly recommend it

So, it was my first time renting a storage unit and before I got to Safeguard, I had called a few places. I visited Safeguard first since it was close to me. It was clean, organized, and Christine was the person I met when I got there. She was very nice and was very patient in helping me understand the process and what I like to call "Storage Lit" was a very pleasureable experience for me. I wound up getting a rental that day and it was super easy. I highly recommend this place and will save you the leg work... the others in the White Plains area are dingy, smelly, and are old so there is lots of dust and smelly carpets. This place cannot wven compare to the others! Ask for the deals they currently have. You get a nice break in the beginning but your contract will go to regular pricing once you have determined the package you get. You will be very happy here!

SO accommodating and SO easy! The space is brand new very crisp and clean. and Christine explained everything up front with ease. Such a smooth transition up to Westchester! The best part for me is the early/late access hours :)

Christine is an awesome assistant manager!! She asked me what items I’d be storing & assured me that my items wouldn’t fit into the unit I had initially reserved. Christine eased my anxiety by showing me 2 different larger units, 1 of which I reserved. Kudos Christine!! ?

Great place! Clean & well maintained. Staff extremely help. Can't say enough nice things about Danny. If I ever have a storage need again - I will definitely use this location again.
