Maintenance sucks. Apartment was lease in bad condition for the amount of rent we paying not only that they claim to come to repair the damages that was at the place prior to moving in and never came. Who moves to an apartment and the first thing they have is a leak SMH! I been waiting 3 months for repairs. Not only that parking is super tight to the point that is hard to come out your vehicle after parking. Im not an extreme fat person and parking is ridiculous. Honestly I will not recommend this residence at all.

Pros:The View on Nob Hill is a residential community that offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in Elmsford, NY1234.The apartments feature air conditioning, granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances. The community has a reserved parking, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. The property is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and has easy access to New York City and White Plains via Metro North stations and major highways.Cons:For whatever reason, Sometimes the leasing office goes unresponsive to calls and emailsThere is very limited guest parking. It is always occupied either by the residents or guests.Washer and dryer is very oldNot all the parking spots are fully covered

If I could give zero stars I would!! Living in this apartment complex has been a frustrating experience, primarily due to the horrible and unreliable management. Communication regarding maintenance is virtually nonexistent, leaving residents in the dark about crucial issues. The Maintenance crew have the tendency to enter apartments without notice which is a serious invasion of privacy, creating an uncomfortable living environment.Maintenance request are overlooked & most of the time never actually fixed, the issue are overlooked & they just patch it up.The parking situation is nothing short of a nightmare because of the impractical parking arrangements. The lack of consideration for long-term residents seeking a parking spot adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. The combination of poor communication, intrusive management practices, and a chaotic parking situation makes this apartment complex an undesirable place to live. Prospective tenants should be wary of these issues before considering a move here.In addition, don’t be fooled by management telling you to please call their direct number to get things resolved because they will not answer the phone. They love to waste peoples time, asking them to come down to the office to resolve things and never resolved a thing. I’ve stood in front of the leasing office door multiple times waiting and just yesterday caught them doing absolutely nothing. It was 2:30 PM they were all chatting in the back while the front door was locked with a note saying “we are gone for lunch & they’d be back soon” … Once she opened after all my knocking and attempts to call them, she apologized and said I’m so sorry didn’t even realize that was still there, but this has happened more than once.I can go on forever, but one of the most disturbing factors is the lack of communication. They notified all residents two days late after they started the drain flushing they had more than plenty of time to notify residence but instead decided to wait until 2 days after when resident started to complain about the water coming out, dirty or not at all.

By far the worst place to live. Let’s start with the leasing office never answering the phone. The maintenance is absolutely terrible the property doesn’t want to invest in anything. I put in a maintenance request my water is brown and no water pressure. I can only shower for 5 min before the water is cold. I was told it’s a “Elmsford issue” The power in the parking lot is always out and you have to walk up in the dark. My windows in my bedroom don’t stay up and I was told a month ago they will fix it and still not done. I have a leak in the kitchen sink still not fixed. I can go on about the issues in this apt and on this property. I don’t not recommend this property at all.

The maintenance team will break into your apartment when you not home and take your valuables. They will offer you to buy drugs of any kind you need. Some of them smell like alcohol. They hires people who is not trained ? to do maintenance work. Only thing good is the garbage man who only speaks Spanish but is very friendly and does an amazing job all year around.

I have lived here for 1 year same time the new current management people have worked. They have been nothing but rude to my family ,friends, and I. When getting things done in my apartment the workers have been nothing but incompetent and extremely disrespectful. Gabrielle is extremely disrespectful and rude to my family and I. Also they are so greedy for money, they have been charging me for things I don’t use etc. I have been calling for major problems in my house but the phone line never goes through. They have the residences paying for everything like heat, hot&cold water etc. But the only time they call/email me is when they want me make a payment. The only nice worker here is George. He actually works hard and is kind, he needs a rise. I do not recommend to live at this complex. If I could give zero stars I wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Sincerely Ashley Homestore

The initial interaction was a meeting and tour of two of the rentals. At first, the leasing manager was professional and gave us details. We decided to move forward and apply. This is where things changed rather quickly. We not only had to pay $20 application fee(which is standard and we understood is nonrefundable) but also a $500 fee. We were told if approved it would apply to rental, if not approved or decided not to take the rental within 24 hours, we would be refunded. I had to contact them a ridiculous number of times to barely get a response. When we finally received a response they stated the $500 fee is also non refundable. I have to agree with other reviews that clearly the management is money driven and give wrong information. This has been a beyond frustrating experience and would not recommend.

No one answers the phones in the office! You could call a million times and they don’t pick up. I’ve had one email response that was successful and the other time no one responded. This is absolutely ridiculous. The positives of this apt: the location, and the area for kids and dogs if you have either (or both). Otherwise, there’s no point in living in a place where you can’t get a hold of someone when you have a question or concern.

Great place to live. Safe and conveniently located to major highway/parkway. Leasing agents here are great and make the transition smooth.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They are unprofessional and money hungry. After living here 3 years this week I told them I was not renewing my lease they sent me 2 separate "invoices" claiming I owed them on behalf of Con Edison. My Con Edison is on auto pay and has NEVER been paid late.. They are claiming they need bank statements as PROOF. After 3 years of having management NEVER answering their phone for major issues it's interesting how often they call to get money for claims that don't exist.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. PLEASE read this before considering moving here. The buildings themselves are so poorly made, they took the cheap route wherever they could. In our year of living there, we experienced mold, a gas leak, multiple power outages, and more. There is 0 sense of community, with unfriendly neighbors and an unresponsive staff. The place itself is tiny and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. We lost power for a week during a storm in the middle of August, so we were dying of heat since we had no AC. The toilet would leak. The mold exposure and other stress from living here made me so sick and my autoimmune disease peaked during my time here. Things were breaking in the apartment left and right. The supers and repair men were so unfriendly and acted as if it was a favor for them to be there, not their job… I consider myself to be a generally pleasant, unproblematic person to be around (I grew up in a community where all the neighbors would say hello and knew each other’s names), so this was an entirely different experience for me. I would argue that this place is not even livable. There are far better options in Westchester county, and please urge you to not even consider this place.

The Nob Hill is a fantastic community to live in and the management do an exceptional job to ensure that the needs of the residents are well taken care of. Special call out to Quetcy, Gabriela and Garner for the exceptional support they provide the residents. The maintenance crew do a phenomenal job as well and the resident app makes creating and tracking maintenance requests very convenient. The property is well maintained, the apartments are well equipped and the rent is very reasonable for what you getTwo thumbs up!
