The staff is very rude and live in their own small shipping/USPS world. As someone who was using their shipping services for the first time, the lady didn't give all instructions at once and would have a condescending tone every time she would have to tell the next step. Obviously I can do my research and show up prepared as if for a job interview, but as someone in the service industry myself, one is expected to go down to the customer's level. Just a humiliating experience first thing in the morning before work.

I just had the best experience I have ever had at this post office. The clerk that helped me was extremely helpful and kind/ patient. If you want to go to a post office and have a nice experience I highly recommend coming here.

Had to call about a mis-delivered package. They said they’d call back but didn’t, which was fine, because my missing package showed up shortly after! Frustrated it was mis-delivered to start, but it’s part of a large apartment complex and the addresses are the apartment numbers so it’s easy to be one off.
