We have been interacting primarily with Vijay at the Elmsford location. He is terrific! He is always welcoming, patient with our many questions and always greets us with a smile. He has made a stressful situation less stressful. We also interacted with Arlene and Justin, who were also wonderful - welcoming and very helpful.

Hands down ! The easiest and nicest way to get a storage. ask for Vijay at elmsford location. The tour was simple and very warm feeling upon getting there being new to it all.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (especially Vijay). The facility is always spotless. Always plenty of courtesy carts available and the facility usually has very light traffic. Highly recommend.

I’ve been working with this Westy Storage Location for approximately a year and a half now & to this day I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. From day 1 they have been transparent , friendly, and what I find most important they have been present every time I was either at the location or had questions.
The security of my belongings is equally as important and I trust that they are in a good secure location like this one.
VJ especially is the reason behind the “why”. Without fail VJ has always been the smiling face behind the counter and has answered my ( too many at times) questions. Today alone I had asked him about my contract and he was able to assist me with getting the answers I needed . The company /client relationship is amazing. I recommend this company to everyone I come across in need of a storage company .Thank you Westy Storage and VJ for your unmatched customer service !!!!!!
