Their new online payment processor no longer works with Keybank. I was attempting to make the payment for a few days online, not realizing why it wasn't working, because it doesn't clearly state that unless you put Keybank's information in and then take it out. If you input the Keybank information and leave it in though after trying it, it says a different message, which is not that message. I ended up reaching out a day after a late fee applied. I explained what happened and the late fee was waived, which I'm appreciative for and feel is very appropriate.
