Cx care does nothing to fix issues. Asking for an account number that should be in the site base boost mobile but nothing there. Need to call care and nothing getting the run around.

Boost device protection is the lowest quality every ,and I wouldn't recommend this plan for anyone. The day my iPhone malfunction, thee young Spanish woman states that she is not able file a claim in the store and I would have to send my old phone in with a clam number ,that I wasn't able to obtain from myphoneguardian.com , because my service was canceled, and changed over to another service the day I went to file a clam, Mr or Miss Johnson , or Kym wasn't helpful .They need to go out of busy .not good at all. I went in here today to buy my mom a new phone, upgrade, for her birthday. She accidentally deleted her yatzy game on her old phone. I tried getting it back but no luck. They got it back onto her new phone. They went above and beyond to help us. I am very pleased with the experience we’ve had here today. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. We will be back and I recommend boost mobile, Endicott, to anyone looking for a new phone. Outstanding service. ????
