Rented the space to store my late mother’s art and antiques because it was climate controlled and pay extra for that. Over the summer, the owners continually left the doors open creating a massive humidity and moisture problem in the supposed climate controlled area causing mold to form on irreplaceable artwork and photos. Today, I received a letter noting a change in terms which changed the section on climate controlled to exclude humidity. If you have valuables and that you wish to keep safe, don’t store your goods at this place.

Everyone I had interactions with was so friendly and the storage unit building was clean and easy to access. The carts provided made it very easy to transport my items and when it was time to cancel it was so easy! Just a quick phone call.

Prices increased and quality decreased. I had to throw away a lot of my things and I was only storing there for 15 months. Very heartbroken on how much I lost.

We were happy to get a free months rent and the normal charge was reasonable. Access to the unit was good and the flatbed carts were very helpful.
