“Oh my goodness, so many nice things to say! Caroline and the people at the Jewelry shop are genuinely nice people and want to be helpful.
I had a silver ring that needed stones replaced. It is not particularly valuable, but it means a lot to me. They treated my piece like it was a rare treasure. They replaced the missing stone, tightened the prongs on the center stone, and polished it up as well.
I have had unpleasant experiences and just toxic customer service at a couple of different stores in the Binghamton/Vestal/Endwell area. It was so refreshing to come here and be welcomed. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my treasures.”
