The worst customer service I have ever seen!!! Not able to do automatic payments for car loan, the website is NOT FRIENDLY at all and no one seems to be able to assist IF YOU actually get a person to talk to you.

I was happy with the customer service I received from Joe. However one of the ladies behind the counter was definitely not people friendly. My advise is to make a change to the attitudes of your employees. Maybe it’s time to hire some fresh faces because everyone agrees on one thing......the ladies behind the counter are grumpy old miserable people that no one wants to have to communicate with!

Absolute worst customer service. Made the mistake of going in there yesterday....Not normally where I go, but every time I go in there, I end up waiting in line FOREVER, they are ALWAYS under staffed. It's ridiculous. Took almost 30 mins. To get in and get out. NEVER AGAIN will I ever walk into this branch again!!! The teller, the ONLY teller, standing there finishing a task, never once acknowledged that she had 5 people waiting in line...the manager was demanding a task of her, not once did either of them look up and acknowledge the 5 of us, & apologize, or say, "we're sorry, we'll be right with you"... Ridiculous! Wasted 30 mins of my life, I'll never get back.

I was treated like a criminal for cashing a check there.cause I wasnt a member. I have never been treated so bad at a bank in my life. just cause I couldnt wait for my bank to clear it cause I had to by material for the job i was doing. was asked what the check was for.which is none of there business.i paid you guys the 7.50$for cashing it. was asked to sign a piece of paper for her to look at my writing and the checks writing to make sure they didnt match.please treat people with respect.i will never open a account or even go to the endicott bank again.

Piss poor service very rude and unprofessional. Refused to make a copy for my records and good knows they charged me $8 to cash a check. Find a better bank people because this one sucks!!!!
