Dr. Robillard has been my doctor for several years. When she left Lourdes, I left and continued seeing her at her own practice because she has been one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! She’s more like a friend. She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to talk to them. If you call the office with a question, she calls you back within a reasonable amount of time. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. Her nurse Heather is wonderful too!

Dr. Robillard is easily the most compassionate doctor I've ever had care for me. She is methodical, concerned with her patients' wellbeing, and she really listens. I'm so used to doctors coming in late, rushing through things, maybe giving 5-10 minutes of (distracted) care, and then leaving. Dr. Robillard takes her time with her patients and is so competent. Excellent doctor. Plus, the building is a really cool MCM space - that's nice too.

Dr. Kristen Robillard is a very caring doctor. She really listens to her patients and explains things well. It’s not easy finding outstanding doctors like Dr. Robillard.Too many [other] doctors are in a hurry to move on to the next “customer” and they get important details wrong when they write their medical notes. This is not the case for Dr. Robillard. She takes her time with you and really listens.I highly recommend Dr. Kristen Robillard.

Unorganized choatic office . Records lost calls never returned . Doctor forgets about patients . Had to ask 15 times to get my meds . Do not recommend nothing but a stressful headache !

I continue to stay at Lourdes because of Dr Robillard and Heather. That"s an unstoppable team. If ever they should leave so will I. I love those two. Dr Robillard listens and care about her patients.
