The customer service fromBrian and staff, has been excellent! Unfortunately this was due to being executor for my sister’s estate. Having enough other things on my plate, they were accommodating and compassionate when I needed it! I highly recommend Laing Storage. Thank you more than you know!

I had a great experience with this self storage. I used it for about a year going in and out a few times. You can manage your account and payments through the website. Access is self serve 24 hours. And Brian the owner is extremely responsive and on top of things. If there are units in the size you need, highly recommend!

Laing Self Storage continues to be a great facility. We have used 2 different locations and both times it has worked out well. Facilities are clean and secure. Brian is especially helpful when it comes to any unique situations. Very easy to work with. Will be returning again for any future needs.

Brian Laing and the staff and Laing Self Storage went above and beyond to get us a storage unit on short notice. The facility is clean well maintained and temperature controlled!! Couldn't ask for a nicer place to store items..

Great experience! Clean and well kept site, easy sign up and closing out process. Great accessibility to loading bay and carts for easy loading and unloading. Absolutely loved the climate control, we never had any issues with any of our items.

We used Laing Storage for 1 1/2 years. No issues whatsoever. 24/7 access, secured and reasonable. Very responsive and courteous. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

I have never met more genuine people until I started using the storage unit! I had a struggling point in my life, and I had to put my all of my belongings into a storage unit for almost a year, and I got behind in my bills and almost had it foreclosed, but I talked to a gentleman named Brian, and he patiently worked with me until I paid every penny off, even though it took me more than six months to do it. Because of the storage unit, I am not only look at people differently, but I was able to save my belongings and all of my sentimental belongings as well. I will never be more thankful for them for all their help and a cooperation and patience with me during my long journey. I fully recommend using this storage unit it’s great prices and keeps ur belongings secure and safe!

I was very satisfied the entire time I rented from this location! (Over a year) Everything is temperature controlled, secure, clean and reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for storage.

I’ve had a storage unit for three years now. I’ve always felt my belongings were safe here, and the owner has always been super helpful with any issues I’ve had. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs to store their things, in the short term or long term.

So thankful for Brian and his generosity in helping me out when i was in a bind and needed a storage unit!
