I went to go to get my nails done from here 2 weeks ago it didn’t even last a week! Such horrible quality & poor service, they over charge me pretty often. It doesn’t help that the nail techs are rude (Tim & Tom). I get my nails very short & simple, it shouldn’t be $50 dollars plus tip for short square nails that are black. It doesn’t help that they have cheap materials but they make it very expensive. Don’t waste ur time or money here for such a scam 😡

I’ve been coming here for years, loyal as can be. Hours are until 7pm, showed up at 6pm and they refused service because they were all “tired”. That’ll be the last time I go.

Went in tonight to get a full set acrylics. Brandon asked what I wanted and I told him and showed a photo. When we got to adding the acrylic on, he added acrylic powder to sparkle dip powder and used that. While that was definetly not what was in the picture, I didn't mind because it did look pretty. Once he finished, he did not sand them down so they are lumpy and extremely thick. He went to add the French tip from the photo, but after doing the first one he said he was going to do a different tip on each nail. I wasn't thrilled about the idea but I figured if I didn't like it, I could ask him to change it. Well I instantly hated it. He was rushing through, doing sloppy work. When I asked him to fix it, he made them much worse and half my nail was covered in white polish. I realized then that he was incapable of fixing the mistake. I ended up being charged $70 for nails that looked awful, thick, bumpy, and sloppy. I ended up going somewhere else immediately after to just have them take off the polish. I'm never picky, it's just nails. But paying $70 on top of someone not listening to what I want at all, was just appalling. I'm so disappointed..

CLIENT BEWARE! I used to love this place but I took two girls in for mani/pedi before prom. They FORGOT to charge me for something and when I was not available to immediately come in to pay, and refused to give them a credit card over the phone or my address for them to come TO MY HOUSE to get payment, they filed a FALSE statement with police that they “told me they had to charge something separate but that I refused to pay and ran out.” After I took the time to use their ATM, got change for a larger bill, stopped and gave all three technicians a tip, walked out and did photos with the girls outside before leaving. They wanted to file criminal charges because THEY made a mistake. And I told them 3 times that I would come in, I just wasn’t available immediately. Oh , and my gel nails are already peeling off 3 days later because they got so much polish on the skin under my nails. Shameful

Went in for a fill in had an appointment at 4:30 with Jenny. My nails was rushed. I complained because the fill in wasn’t what I expected and paid 30 dollars for this mess I asked to have the polished removed because that was rushed as well. Just do your self a favor and go somewhere else. All I got was a sorry next time we do better. Won’t be a next time cause I’m not coming back !!!!

Yesterday, which was Saturday March 23rd, my best friend and I decided to get our feet done. My best friend said he liked the way they did his pedicure the last time. So we came back. This experience was very different than our first experience. My best friend and I get there exactly at 9:30am when they opened. They immediately sat us both down, ran the water for both of our feet to go into. Two men were doing our pedicures. The man who was doing my best friends feet, got up and said “Oh I have an appointment someone else will be with you.” So we didn’t think nothing of it. My best friend and I were just talking and during this time I’m getting my pedicure and my best friend still sitting there with his feet in the water. Maybe about 10 minutes go by and my best friend politely asks the man who is doing my pedicure, “Can you warm up my water, it’s really cold now.” The guy who was doing my pedicure told my best friend “No you wait for someone else.” My best friend then asked “How long until someone else because this water is cold.” The man doing my pedicure said “About 30 minutes!” 30 minutes???? My best friend is a gay black man, let’s start with that. People were coming in and getting pedicures, maybe they did have appointments. But the way they treated my best friend and they wouldn’t even heat up his water for his pedicure is appalling to say the least. I was completely mortified that he was treated that way, like he had leprosy or some serious disease. So my best friend sat in that pedicure chair with his feet in cold water for about 45 minutes. No apology, no explanation. I am a registered nurse and this type of treatment of human beings is unacceptable. We will never come here again.

I have gone to Magic Nails since I was in high school (we’re going way back). They are the OG Endicott nail place I moved back to Endicott in 2014 and really struggled to find *my local nail place* but started going to Magic again & am very happy & loyal to them.
The salon is clean + very comfortable. I usually try to make an appointment with Tim, but if he is not available I’m really happy with any of the staff. Everyone is super friendly + kind. They have tons of dip + gel colors! I’m always happy with my nails. Spring for the spa pedicure it is 100% worth it.
