“Hands down I received the best customer service from SHAMAR me and my husband came in to fix our daughters and walked out with two new iPhones for our self he was very professional and understood what we needed and what we could spend, which is very important since we are a family of six he helped us for hours until we left out that door feeling satisfied he took his time and explained everything to us, and he was very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans and the service that the plans provided and even continued to help us when we had problems with a bill issue itself with the customer service On the phone, he still continue to work for us and fight for us for what we wanted overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend for my friends or family to go into that location to get their phones”
“Store was a little burnt and abandoned but otherwise, I came home with bloody hands from the broken glass! The roof accidentally caved in and fell on top of me but that was alright. Some homeless guy said that they were out of phones. Oh well. Guess I'll have to try later. 4/5.”
