This is a great branch. All the employees are great to work with and have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to set up a business account in addition to the regular accounts which I already had. Everyone is so friendly and they seem to know all the customers on a first-name basis which is really great for a strong business relationship with the community.

Only became i have to give them a star tbis bank is the worst bank ive ever dealt with because of a glitch in their system i was 800 in the hole and now they locked my debit card informed me their system doesnt have glitches and hung up on ms do yourself a favor do not use this bank

Deposited pay check at endicott branch with cash added to it. My employer which also banks with nbt. The Deposit was made at 130pm went Christmas shopping and card was declined. Looked at online banker and my funds pending. Only location out of all nbt banks I use that put hold on payroll check. Besides that put hold on cash I deposited will NEVER use this branch again nothing but issues with endicott. Should just change banks totally

I have had NBT for years, but after 3 months of nbt in ensicott not even being sub par I have moved to visions. The drive through is easily a hour to get through if you're lucky. They seem to think it's OK to have cars sitting 20 to 25 min at the window. And if you get a money order, or anything that somehow takes more then 25 min they just tell you to go to the back of the line and pick it up... so you're stuck waiting ages just to get the item u already waited for. I've never seen a 3 person banking team work so slow and so misguided. Hold that 3 star rating high nbt let's shoot for 2.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

The screwed up my account and then we're offended when I got mad
