Sean & his staff were simply amazing from first contact phone call to follow-up emails & phone calls. They picked up a fragile antique item I purchased on the internet from a nearby town close to them where the seller was not able to ship the item. Pack & Mail picked it up, packed it and shipped it to my home in another state. This was all coordinated via email & phone. The item was glass & fragile and it was packed so well it arrived at my home with no damage and in perfect condition! I could not be happier. People who have met Sean say he is the nicest man, and I agree 100%. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended business. I would use the again without hesitation. A top quality business that’s professional, friendly, & trustworthy - you can count on them! A blessing!

Been here several times for various reasons and am always happy with staff and their ability to take care of my needs. Will continue to use them whenever the need arises. Can’t understand the negative reviews I’ve read I think people are gust hiding behind the internet. If you have a problem with a business have the balls to talk to them in person stop hiding behind the internet. These people are awesome!!!

Really helped when I had no idea how to package a few large, irregular shaped boxes.

Every time I drop off mail here there is always a issue with the tracking not being updated or "scanned by USPS" and always ends up missing. This only happens when I go there.

Owner made me extremely uncomfortable. I have heard from friends before that he was very inappropriate. Unfortunately, he found it amusing that I was clearly uncomfortable. I will never step foot into another one of his establishments. Felt like crawling out of my skin.

They were trusted by a local auction house to ship a 110 year old lamp, with a reverse painted glass shade of the same age. They shipped the piece with the Glass shade attached to the 15lb bronze base. They double boxed it for protection, but all the protection in the world wouldn't protect it from the weight shifting of the base, and the 110 year old glass (and like ALL GLASS) has no stress tolerances. Didn't receive an invoice until the morning the parcel was delivered. Ups personally handed me the box, I carried the box inside my home, unboxed it, only to find it was broken. At first I couldn't understand why I was hearing broken glass and clanking metal, because the boxes were in PRISTINE condition. It wasn't until I removed the piece from the interior box that I understood. As previously stated, he shipped the 110 year old glass shade, WHILE STILL ATTACHED to the 15lb bronze base. We contacted the shipper, sent them photos and video. Contacted the seller, whom, after seeing the condition of the piece and how it was shipped, was livid. Two days later, I call and talk to the owner Shaun/Sean/Shaun. In all my years of buying, this is only the third parcel to arrive damaged or destroyed. This is the first time however, where the offending party, was not only NOT immediately apologetic, but, was in no way apologetic at all. (Shaun) Told me: "I packed it myself, and there was no wiggle room when I sealed the box" Well, the box, had styrofoam inserts (from some other product), and the rest was packing peanuts. Packing peanuts do not create a static environment. (Not that you want complete stillness within the package, you need some sort of "crumple zones" but you in no way want negative spaces in fragile shipping) He was wholly condescending, cocky, and completely pompous. This attitude can only come from someone for whom a situation like this is a regular occurrence. He was not shocked, he was not surprised. I asked about my recompense, and his response was as such: "Well, we gotta wait for UPS to do 'their little investigation'. Might be three to four weeks". He offered no apology, and loudly ate his chips while on the phone with me as he calmly (again, can only come from this being a regular experience for him) stated in no way could this be his fault. His attitude was as if he was angry, and annoyed at me for even calling to inquire as to how the situation happened in the first place. His ineptitude has cost me several hundred dollars in profit, and has robbed the world of a piece of art, and artform, from a time where that artform was at it's peak, and he was annoyed at being spoken to about it by the very people who paid him, and were wronged by him. Draw your own conclusions, but I will never use, nor recommend his service.

The owner is rude beyond compare. Hung up on me after he mishandled the packaging on an antique lamp he was to ship me. Glass shade was in pieces because he didn't package it correctly. After sending him photos of the damage, he refuses to provide any update on what is going on with the damage claim.

Pack and Mail has wonderful service, especially key making! If you need keys for business or personal reasons, I recommend their keys! It is very convenient to have a new lace in Endwell that provides this service, as well as package and mail service too. Thanks Pack and Mail!

Awesome service! I called Pack and Mail from out-of-state (NC) in need of arranging a package and shipment from Endicott NY. I was in need of extra assistance. Shawn was nice as ever and "on it," going beyond and above the usual to accommodate. This was unlike 2 other shipping companies in the area that I had previously called; where the reps seemed incapable of even comprehending that I needed additional assistance to manage the shipment. Pack and Mail handled my shipment efficiently and expediently; also at a reasonable cost (at a savings). Thank you Shawn and Pack & Mail for the excellent service provided and making it easy for me. Highly recommend!

Pack and mail’s location is very nice. Easy to get to right off of Main St . Compared to their Hooper Rd location I found it much easier to access. Their customer service was excellent and I was in and out in minutes. They have a great card and gift selection as well. Support local businesses!!

Large package sent out through Endwell Pack and Mail on 12/14/20, to be shipped via Fed Ex. Never arrived at destination. Tracking info shows it never left Pack and Mail. Called twice and never received a call back.
