“Very positive experience!Came here to apply for a passport. Staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite! The employee who was helping me informed me right away that my passport photo from Walgreens was too small, and offered replacement photo services which he took care of himself immediately. He even nicely recommended I could return to Walgreens and they would/should issue a refund (they do, by the way, if you have the receipt; else they provide store credit), and he gave me the extra copy of the passport photo he took so that I could demonstrate to Walgreens that their photos were not the right size. The employee was informative and walked me through signing the application, filling out a money order (this post office allows you to pay all passport associated fees with a debit card, then fill out a money order slip for the $110 state fee), and everything else I needed to painlessly complete the application. It was bustling in the lobby, and the staff were all efficient enough to keep things moving, but conversational enough to be pleasant and avoid making customers feel rushed. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service!”

“One in to get a postal money. Order didn't know if they still had them but was super happy to find out they did. It's a little bit easier than having to stand in line forever to get a regular money order at Walmart or shop or etc. Going to post offices close by raider on the corner, technically and? Calendar brings bikes and childhood memories also found out that there is a scam going around that. If you give them $80, it will help you get in to the Post Office. Company, you know anyway, that's a scam, so don't pay the money. Because it's all like all you have to do is actually go to the website. Take some test and vehicle and you're hired. And you have a new future ahead of you. What's the retirement plan benefits of the wasa? So anyway, thank you so much to leave the counter for understanding. My super tiredness, worky. Third shift is quite hard so anyway. She understood and it was very friendly and nice. The employees are great. The place was clean respectful and always a pleasure to go there. Thank you so much. You're still being around.”

“I visit this PO from Vestal which is about 10 minutes ride but service is slow but meticulous and good. Lady stays open to rake of late arriving persons entering just before five pm. Monday is really busy day. They have necessary forms and envelopes. Lady person retired I just found out . I wish her a Good retirement after giving thirty years of service to local community.. if she reads this !!”

“Surprised to see the negative reviews. I’ve never had a bad experience here. It is a very small post office and usually very quiet. There is a steady trickle of people but I’ve never had to wait for more than 1 person ahead of me. The same man is always working there, he is personable and helpful. Always a good selection of stamps here that he keeps updated on the billboard so you know what’s available.”

“eveytime I've come here it's always been a pleasant experience.
but this last time I went was truly exceptional. I sent my mother a care package . August 3rd. it never got delivered 2 weeks later. so I go with all my necessary info to ask for a copy of the receipt. Sharon printed it right out for me and I was on my way.
so I look up the tracking number and see it was delivered 2 days after I sent it but it was never received by my mom. so I get back in line and she goes above and beyond to help me find a solution. so now my mother has her package. truly appreciate you Sharon!”
