Price shopper is a joke. The prices are already ridiculously high. And now, when I find an item that shows is on sale, I bring it up, and it rings up way higher than it's supposed to be. I tell the cashier, we go back and look at it. He sees that it's in the wrong spot. He takes a picture shows the supervisor and the supervisor says the tags don't match up. Okay, the tags don't match up. All of the items are in that spot, stocked in that spot. The supervisor goes and looks, he comes back and takes a picture of it in the correct spot and tells me that's how much it is. And I said, so you just put all that back in the right spot, he says, no. You just lied in my face, I'm not gonna argue with somebody like that. Two people saw it in the wrong spot. The one person showed you it was in the wrong spot. So you played in my face. NEVER will I shop somewhere that not only disrespects my finances, but disrespects my intelligence.

I absolutely HATE shopping this location. Your prices are already higher than other stores in the area, but on top of that, you never have enough registers open. There's no reason why I should have to wait 15 minutes on line to pay for ONE item. It's beyond ridiculous.
Management is pointless ĺDo better.

This store is pathetic get rid of self checkout and start paying people to work here or shut the store down, self checkout is starting to take longer than the entirety of my shopping trip, this is a pathetic excuse for a store seeing as it still has all of its registers and at most I've seen 3 in use at any given time.

It's a lie. On July 8th, at 11:50 p.m., I used 20 dollars to buy a lottery ticket. When I pressed the button, I didn't see anything. So the staff told me to leave my phone number. I promise you that I will call you tomorrow to refund it to you. But it never got refunded. It just... I don't know.

My review is based on my experience with the floral department. I had 10 custom centerpieces arranged for a celebration of life dinner. The in store florist, Kelly, was patient and listened to all my ideas and concerns. She separated flowers from several in store mixed flower bouquets and rearranged them with in store roses and greenery. She maintained communication with me from my initial store visit and pick up. And she boxed them up for me in a way that made them easy to transport in my car. The centerpieces exceeded my expectation, they were absolutely stunning. Thank you so very much Kelly, the flowers really brightened our day.

My only complaint is the plastic Deli bags used when you buy deli meats. These bags are very poorly designed! Always breaking open and tearing! Please get rid of these and start using a better quality bag.

The people myself included are pretty frustrated with your self checkout. If you’re not going to pay anyone to check out my purchase I’ll just shop elsewhere. The losses will add up. Some businesses need to fail and go away.

My mother and I went to buy some flowers for the cemetery on Monday, Sept. 4th. We had terrible (or should I say zero) customer service!! I asked an employee to send someone to the floral department which she said she would but didn't! After waiting there for over 10 minutes I walked to guest services for help. There I was ignored while the woman behind the desk spoke to another employee who came up to the desk after me about their day! When I finally spoke up to the woman all she could say was "sorry, sorry" but still wouldn't help us at the floral department! Needless to say we left everything on the counter at the floral department and went to Wegmans where we were helped and satisfied with their customer service. Will NEVER go back to Price Chopper in Endicott!!
