We were looking for a nice Mercedes and we found Star Motors in NY. Neil and Jake were super nice and low Key. I was treated like Royalty they were very honest over the phone so I drove over 5 hours to pick up a 2017 E 300 with only 51k miles on it then drove it home over 5 hours. My wife loved the car and she was very happy Neil and Jake had and really nice shop and was well worth the trip.

We've been doing business with Star Motors for the past 10 years and have always been pleased with our service and our purchases and trades of several vehicles over the years. Jake the Service Manager has always been outstanding to deal with, always so friendly, personable and helpful. He has mostly been our main point of contact. Jake has always made caring for our cars a seamless and easy process overall. At one time we had three total vehicles that we purchased and serviced there and have always been well taken care of by Jake and by Neil too.

The owner Neil is a hot head with a shortman complex. I attempted to buy a car for almost 30k it was an all cash offer I was completely nice to him even tho most of what he was saying was bs. He kept trying to rush me into the sale I told him I wasnt gonna be rushed and followed through with everything I said I would do the car had a low battery light on which on most cars is not a big deal, however on a mercedes it's a problem he told me the car had 50k miles on however could not prove it due to the light on. I made one simple request to ask him to put a scan tool on the car so I could see that the monitors were up & no check engine light on. He got all pissed off and started walkn out back cussing and swearing saying hownI was pissing him off like dude I made one simple requeast to show me the check engine light wasnt on and that the miles advertised is what was on the car. Mind you i did find out the car was in an accident and he try to sweep it under the rug as o it was nothing major and the crazy thing is the floors were wet when i got in so there had to be a leak somewhere else. Hes a liar a thief and a crook stay as far from their is possible i could only imagine once you buy the car what problems he would give you servicing it. If hed rip u off on first say guaranteed he'd do it ifbyour car needed service he told me the last people that had jus had 4k worth or work done but didnt say anything was done more than the brakes where dobthey charge 4k for brakes do not buy the 2017 white e300 your asking to be ripped off the car is a lemon all day and he thought he was gonna dump it on me tricks on him he will never see a penny of my $ now what grown man throws a temper tantrum over a request tonaee the mileage on a car they are looking to buy for almost 30k

My dad and I stopped by this dealership after a recommendation from a friend. We were happily greeted by Neil, who showed us around his shop. He had a nice selection of different cars that were being restored or ready to be sold. We also talked to one of his mechanics for over an hour who helped me understand his view of the restoration business. He also walked us through almost every car and taught us some of its history and different details. I could not recommend this dealership more, and you will be dealing with some great people.

Excellent advice and service. I have a 2004 Mercedes with over 220,000 miles I wanted it repaired they scanned the car and told me it was beyond repair.They spent hours checking the car and didn’t charge me. I went to 3 different mechanics that specialize in European cars and none were able to diagnose the problem.If I had come to Star motors first I would have saved hundreds of dollars and would have saved the car.I would definitely recommend Star Motors very professional and honest.

I was going to give them five stars before my car was serviced. Great customer service. Very clean establishment. I received top notch professional work and service from this establishment. And they were the only spot that could've done the 4 wheel alignment on my '04 320 4matic: she's had a coil over conversion done (by previous owner). I used to have to go all the way down to the city, to get work done. Now I don't have to. I highly recommend Star Motors.

Went in for an inspection and got a renewed inspection sticker and an awesome tour of their Mercedes classics! Their customer service is fantastic and they are clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about what they do. I can’t recommend this place enough for any of your car needs!

Excellent , professional and courteous. I had a difficult tech question that was stumping other Mercedes Benz dealers. Neil at Star Motors spent 10 minutes with me to help diagnose the issue and solved a previously hard to answer question. My only gripe is I don't live closer to this knowledgeable business. Please accept my recommendation to these professionals.

I had a very good experience with Star Motors in the diagnostics & repair of my '88 Benz. Star Motors is the best shop in the area for repair of Mercedes vehicles. It's a premium repair shop that attempts to do the job right the first time. For owners of older Mercedes cars, there are few other repair shops with the expertise of the mechanics at Star Motors. Few other shops are interested in repairing older cars.
