Located on Washington Ave in the Village of Endicott. Easy to get to, friendly service with low wait time. Service with a smile.

Very positive experience!Came here to apply for a passport. Staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite! The employee who was helping me informed me right away that my passport photo from Walgreens was too small, and offered replacement photo services which he took care of himself immediately. He even nicely recommended I could return to Walgreens and they would/should issue a refund (they do, by the way, if you have the receipt; else they provide store credit), and he gave me the extra copy of the passport photo he took so that I could demonstrate to Walgreens that their photos were not the right size. The employee was informative and walked me through signing the application, filling out a money order (this post office allows you to pay all passport associated fees with a debit card, then fill out a money order slip for the $110 state fee), and everything else I needed to painlessly complete the application. It was bustling in the lobby, and the staff were all efficient enough to keep things moving, but conversational enough to be pleasant and avoid making customers feel rushed. I was pleasantly surprised by the great service!

The customer service at this branch is nonexistent. The Supervisory staff in Endicott is rude and unprofessional. I have never been repeatedly disrespected as I have by the team in Endicott. Staff members are allowed to lie and manipulate policy by claiming safety concerns. They do not investigate or make any attempt to find out the truth of a situation. Even when offered video evidence and details that were left out of the carrier's complaint, no actions are taken and customers are allowed to be blamed, harassed, inconvenienced, and victimized. I would use any office other than this one.

So nice and helpful. I needed to tape some packages to send out and they took care of it in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Felt very bad because I had an important phone call but the guy was very nice, had no problems. Huge relief that it was quick, easy, and painless.

Awesome post office. Went to get my passport made. The staff is efficient and kind. They truly make you feel welcome. This is rare for a post office because how busy they get. I want to share what I witness while I was waiting.

Was driven with someone and couldn’t find the entrance at first, went in with the package and a piece of paper, they took it and I didn’t even have to pay! Sent quick.

Only visited once but looking at the service delivered to guests while I was there, and service delivered to me, they deserved 5 star. I had my 2 kids with me and I forgot to place the mailing address on the envelope, Angela was very patient and allowed me to write the address at the counter. Just a little gesture but so helpful while I got the kids waiting for me at the side.

Honestly, for a few years we had a mailman that was constantly mixing our mail with someone from another street. We were constantly receiving mail that said “delivered to wrong addressâ€. We also had to do the same when he would deliver someone else's mail to us. Today a man who I've never seen brought my amazon package to my home because it had been delivered to his house and he had opened it without realizing that it wasn't his (or so he claimed). I appreciate that he took the time to bring it over but it just makes me wonder what else has been incorrectly delivered where the person didn't bother to go through the inconvenience of returning it. If I could get all of my packages and mail delivered through UPS instead of the US postal service that it what I would do. I get that people make mistakes but at this point its just incompetence.

My mail hardly gets delivered. When it does, half of it is for my neighbors.. The title to a vehicle I just bought a long time ago was just delivered soaking wet and torn..
