I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review. This post office is as low as they come. Multiple times I’ve been home and have made eye contact with them as they deliver my mail. They place a notice in my mail box that reads “sorry we missed you” and that I “wasn’t”home to sign for something and have me pick up the mail they should have delivered to me! When I present to them images from my home cameras of me outside as they deliver my mail they have no excuse. Why? Because they DON’T CARE. They make it inconvenient for you so they don’t have to do the work they are getting paid to do. This has happened multiple times even with a bigger package they didn’t wanna bother delivering. They just laugh and say, “Oh it musta been a crazy day.” After seeing all these other reviews how is this place not being combed through and restructured ? It’s unbelievable.

Carriers are very nice but the fact that there’s no consistency in the time that mail is delivered is the reason I gave this rating. I don’t think I will ever understand why it is so difficult to have our mail delivered around the same time everyday. We have cars that drive themselves and telescopes that can take pictures of the creation of the universe. But getting mail delivered at the same time isn’t within our capabilities?

What is going on with this Post Office? My wife and I are visiting from Florida and the manager of this location Bob was so disrespectful to us. Someone needs to let a higher up individual know that Bob treats people horribly. I have never left a review before.

Worst USPS. This "manager" Bob is the rudest postal service worker I have ever met in my entire life. He told me if I dont like it go somewhere else. I was just trying to purchase a book of stamps and asked to see other selections, different from the American Flag ones. HE said he was busy and didnt have time to deal with my nonsense. Unbelievable.

I go in to ship some of my wife’s products for her buisness out. I go to the counter Bob fondles my package and told me body wash is in fact a liquid. Then he also informed me I would be responsible for the package. Instead of getting mad I took my buisness somewhere else. Not going to use this post office again sorry not sorry.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The "manager" Bob is offensive, lacks any customer service skills and completely rude. He makes up his own rules based on his opinions. HE wanted to charge me $4.80 for a letter. I said no way, I weighed it and it adheres to all postal guidelines. He yelled at me and told me to leave. I went to the USPS on Washington ave and they sent it out for exactly the price I told him it should be. HE overcharges and lies.
