This place is horrible. Ive experienced wrong pricing almost every visit. The customer service is horrible. Needed managers assistance, instead he continued flirting with co worker ignoring me. When I addressed pricing issues, they wouldn't let me return the item. Why? Because they said I left store and came back. A clear lie as I had been talking to a different customer service patron there. Duhhhh. Wow, this place is shallow and shabbily operated. And people, goto Pricechoppers. Better prices and customer service that cares. Its embarrassing that Weis is so desperate for money, they screw their own customer to profit under a dollar. In the midst of a pandemic, Weis exhibits a horribly run, desperate business.

Very kind, caring staff. Ask you if you have any ?s and if your meds don't really go together they call the doctor just to make sure. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it just happened to be that they didn't have my medicine in stock. I had to wait a few days for it.

Ok...After a major upgrade which includes 7 (?) foot tall shelves this location is looking a whole lot better. Their stock is looking to be as inclusive as space allows. Granted a few items appear to be in great demand but overall I'm happy with what has occurred. My suggestion to all markets is, listen to your customers. If you have a few people asking for an item maybe you should see if you can stock it. One more critical item is to keep your shelves stocked. With all the available tech, there's no need for any store to come up short. After all, every item is scanned at POS. One last point, educate your workers as to products and uses. There's nothing worse than asking for an item or having a clerk ask "What's that?" Granted times change but it can only help if workers know what you're talking about or even what a certain produce item is used for. Otherwise...a really nice change.

Literally every cashier in this store hates their job. There is no other excuse for their lack of customer service and spastic attitude. They can't bag worth of s**** if they ever do at all. I don't get paid to work here so no I shouldn't have to bag my own groceries. They never say hi. How are you? They talk to their coworkers about their hungover weekends. You wonder why amazon is taking over. Ridiculous. Never met more awful workers in my entire life. And I am under so 30 NO I am not an old boomer. I expect kind considerate SERVICE THAT I F****** PAY FOR. This store is gross and trash and garbage. Figure it out.

I come to this store quite a bit so I figured why not give them a review. I like the staff, most of them are very helpful and treat you like an old friend. The deli section is fast and courteous, shelves are always stocked. The cashiers are awesome and professional. The only complaint I have is that I never see the muffins my wife and I enjoy on occasion anymore. I know this review seems very vague, there's so much that the staff do to keep the store running pretty smoothly and they are doing a great job. I've personally watched some of them go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves with what they came in for.
