Absolutely ridiculous! I need an infant oximeter for my baby with a lung disease and even with insurance approval and prescription from the doctor, after calling for 2 weeks to get an update they told me due to staffing issues they will no longer provide anything for children, babies or infants. So now I have to try again and make my baby suffer for longer due to this companies disregard for others

I called this morning at 8:40 AM. I was trying to speak to respiratory therapist about issues I have with my equipment that is affecting the way that I sleep and to schedule an appointment. I was told I would receive a call back at some point throughout the day. At 2:15 PM, I still had not received a phone call so I called back to inquire. I was told that another message was being sent to the therapist. At 4:30 PM I called again to find out if it is customary to make a client wait all day with no return phone call. I was told that another message would be sent to the therapist. 15 minutes later I received a call from the receptionist stating I would get a call from the therapist in the morning. I understand staffing issues however, to wait what will amount to an entire day is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.

I contacted the office in Endwell before Thanksgiving. Was told at least a month for a machine. I have called back a couple times to check the status and no one ever answers the phone! I have left a couple messages and have received no calls back.

Company tries to give you their cheapest generic stock of equipment. Their warehouse in Kansas even had the nerve to override my specific equipment order try and send me a new generic cpap machine that was $200 less than the model I ordered. Customer staff seem uninterested and lost at times in trying to resolve the issue.

This company is terrible. I had a sleep center appointment on 9/24 and on 9/25 they sent an order in for a bi-pap machine to the Apria Endwell NY office. I called the Apria Endwell office on 11/22 and was told they were waiting on insurance approval. I called my insurance company and they said no request was ever made to them. My insurance company agent conferenced called the Apria Endwell office and we were told they had received the order on 10/13 and that Megan who handles this type of request was out of the office for a couple days and that "they had things under control". Since then, my insurance company has left voice mails and has received no call backs. I tried calling the local office and they don't even answer the phone. I called back my sleep center and was told I was the 4th person today that had called today complaining about them. I tried filing a complaint by trying contacting their corporate office but I get a busy signal when transferred.I will be attempting to work with another supply company ASAP.

The local office (where my script originally went) hired new staff who finally sent it to the company. The company continually updated me on the status and sent it as soon as it was available. The wait time was a while since my appointment and script were sent , but that was due to supply chain issues stemming from the pandemic.

Unforseen errors that delayed my CPap machine delivery were corrected promptly and pleasantly as soon as it was discovered.Angie, the Respitory Therapist there was great on getting me started and teaching me.Please be patient with them while they are transforming to make things better for all while this cpaap crisis is happening.

Terrible customer service. The one women I spoke with was super rude and unhelpful. The man I spoke with was much better. Anyhow, I've been trying to figure out where my CPAP machine is for MONTHS. They don't know where it is. Apparently it's "on its way", we'll see. Would give zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY

Unbelievable !!! six months killing wrong insurance company for a CPAP. Asked to speak to District Manager they told me no one was there. The billed wrong insurance 4 times. Customer service is minimal and rude.

this is the worst place to do business with, I was prescribed a cpap machine in JULY 28th, dr sent Apria the script that day, still no machine, called dr and he again re-sent the scrip on AUG 11th, here it is NOVEMBER 1st and STILL no cpap machine... I called Apria on AUGUST 19th and was told it was shipped, then again I called Apria on OCT 6th and was told it was shipped and they apologized for the delay, said it was because a machine got recalled(not even the brand they were sending me}, then again called Apria again OCT 26th to request a tracking number and they could not provide one- right there I should have known this company was only giving me the run around- I was again told it was shipped, then again, yet again I called Apria on NOV 1st and was told it was shipped.. still could not provide a tracking number or a phone number to there shipping dept.. I had also called ups fedex and usps back in august to find out shipping times, and it was 5-7 days from any service to my location !!! From researching online only the Philips was recalled, due to a piece of foam in the machine that was wrong,,,, Apria has many many customers with the same problem I am having from reading reviews.. I have called the folks in the local office and they are nice but that only goes so far, I still don't have what my dr prescribed, and what the insurance company paid for..

I would not recommend Apria Healthcare in Endwell. They talk a good game but follow through is nonexistent. I was looking for new CPAP supplier, I called and talked with Apria, Endwell. They were very nice on the phone and gave me a lot of good information. They were supposed to send me paperwork to start the ball rolling on making them my supplier. Over a month went by and nothing. I called and talked with another person. They were very pleasant and emailed me the paperwork I needed. I filled the paperwork they sent that day and emailed it back to them. Ten days later I called back to see where we were with setting up an account. A person was out sick and the person who answered the phone couldn’t find any paperwork and didn’t know what was going on. They were going to find out what was going on with my paperwork, contact the doctor’s office to get what they needed from him and call be back the next day. They assured me they would call back the next morning and let me know what was going on. Never received a call or any type of communication. It has been over ten days and nothing. They are all talk and no action. Not what you need in a medical supplier. Stay away!

I have been trying to get in touch with this branch for over a week because my 10 year old son’s suction machine is malfunctioning. This is a piece of equipment that he relies on to live. I have also been waiting for over 6 months for a part to another piece of equipment. I called patient relations yesterday and did not get a call back from them either.

No one is perfect and they did their job. Thank you for working with me and showing me you do care.Going to see this through becouse I have so much time into this read the review. Hopefully they get it together. ("First review" Been a big big help in a time of need.)

Angie, the Respiratory therapist does not even call when she is not going to show up. Has not been here since the end of January. My husband has ALS and she says she is going to show up but never does.
