She said her name was Sarah when I called the pharmacy. I asked her to stop wrinkling and ripping paper, and she said I have more than one job. SO LOUD!!! She was talking with someone at the drive-through window. The whole time her microphone was on, and she still crinkling paper. At this point, I felt it was on purpose. I hung up. Never finished the call. #NOPE

The staff is nice and friendly however the pharmacist was condescending and degrading. I have a doctorate degree in a health profession and I had questions about my new medication that I was anxious about starting. She made me feel so stupid. I was advocating for my health. She does not have compassion or practice competent health literacy. I felt as though I was inconveniencing and annoying her. I thought that was part of her profession to consult with medication management. May consider switching pharmacies.

The CVS was on California St. Reno NV. Service was great while the tem members were friendly.

Great pharmacists and staff. Convenient Drive Up Window. Customer there for 17 years!

The pharmacy is filled with the rudest, most miserable, lazy staff I’ve ever met. They treat customers like garbage, misrepresent prescription availability, and when I challenged a staffer for giving me three entirely different answers to the same question, she started yelling and hung up on me. Avoid this place.

If i could give a negative review i would. Rachelle the pharmacist is by far the rudest employee I have ever encountered. How are you going to act mad for doing your job? She had a 10min argument with me for a issue that was THEIR fault. Instead of just apologizing or owning it she wanted to argue and literally raise her voice. I happen to have an extremely sore throat and could barley speak but bc she lost her cool infront of co workers she had to make it seem like I was the one yelling. My husband was inside waiting for the prescription they kept claiming wasn't there and could hear her on the phone. Any question I asked she made seem as if I was arguing with her when I literally just had normal questions. When I told her that I hoped the conversation was recorded so someone above her could hear how she speak to customers she argued and told me nothing was recorded and that I didn't know what I was talking about. Well much to her surprise it is all recorded and the district manager and HR will be listening to it. So well see who was in the wrong. It was the biggest gaslighting p*** show. She accused me of yelling and berating her because she didn't want to look unhinged infront of her co-workers and the other cvs customers. And it may have worked when no one could hear my side and how calm I was but once they pull up the RECORDED conversation it will all be clear. Additionally why was she so upset when I told her I was going to see if HR records the conversations? Because she knew she was wrong and didn't want her bosses to see her true character.

My husband bought me hazelnut chocolates here for valentine's day. I ate one and realized it tasted off--looked at the date and expired 10 months before! And was still on their shelves somehow. So instead of having a nice valentine's day, I had a panic attack and ended up sick to my stomach all night.

Pharmacy staff is VERY unhelpful and UNFRIENDLY. I called to try and confirm an appointment for a vaccine and was put on hold while they checked the system… yet they didn’t ask me my name, the date of my appointment or the time (usually important information to have). 5 minutes later a second pharmacy associate picks up and was extremely rude and aggressive. She clearly had some kind of attitude problem and didn’t know how to speak to someone respectfully. Her customer service was abysmal. Needless to say, I never got my question answered and will not be returning to this pharmacy ever again.

The girl who spoke to me on the phone does not need to be working in any customer service or patient facing field. She was extremely rude to not only me but also my boyfriend when he went to pick up my meds. He told me she was a hot cheeto girl who looked dusty too so that just annoyed me even more. If you don't go home and check that attitude and someone with less patience than me is gonna check it for you. Ps. You work at a CVS, they have soap for like a dollar there, please buy some and use it.

Spent most of my afternoon transferring my family's 5 prescriptions away from this awful place.Where to begin... The up front counter workers are cool, polite and want to help. Many of them are young people, and they are always great to me and my son. However, the pharmacist and everyone who works in the back of this store are the most incompetent, lazy, rude, selfish people I have ever interacted with in my entire life. When I switched jobs and had no insurance they literally mocked me when I saw the price of my wife's Rx. We couldn't afford it, which is embarrassing enough, but to be ridiculed on top of it was something no one should have to feel.I learned to ignore their attitudes and everything was decent enough for a while, it's within walking distance to my house so I gave them another chance. Sure enough, their incompetence resurfaced again, this time directed at my wife. She asked the pharmacist a question about some medicine and dosage for my son, and rather than simply say "I'm not sure" or "I can't answer that, please consult your doctor" she instead questioned her parenting, and (like she did to me) mocked her in front of the other customers. It's also worth noting that just before this happened the staff was making fun of an elderly woman who was trying to get her prescriptions through the drive-thru. Read the other reviews and you'll see that I'm not exaggerating at all. Do not give them your hard earned money, there's plenty of other places who will listen to you and respect you in this area.

Slow on prescription refills. Waiting 5 days and missed dosage because of waiting for refill. I would give them 0 stars.

I came here to get some toilet paper but due to Covid they were sold out I guess. As I made my way to the exit I watched a child running out of the store with a 100-foot streamer that turned out to be a receipt. I then proceeded to buy a single pack of gum and now I don't need toilet paper for a week. Thanks CVS!

Run-of-the-mill…nothing special at this location. Expect nothing better than an average customer service experience and marginal inventory.
